Healthy diet, affordable and satisfying

Product is not good at allā¦
There is a huge difference between a normal ata and Khapli ata. The taste and gluten content is very high. Khapli ata looks reddish in color and this is white in color and the quality is not that great.

Good Price - rotis slightly harder than expected
The price is very reasonable . However, am not sure whether it is 100% khapli aata or Iām not making it the right way, as the rotis didnt turn out as soft as expected. Made it twice - once kneaded by my electric mixer and second time by hand as I thought the aata may have been overkneaded through the machine. Rotis turned out the same. However, I did find that when reheated in th microwave, it turned quite soft not as hard as normal wheat rotis. Will keep experimenting - maybe the dough needed more hydration and update. I bought khapli wheat kernels and got it freshly ground - rotis turned out much softer .
