Back support
Nice to fit under tops. Color was good to use under lighter clothing. A little too long/ wide. Good support.

The best back brace I have found for a reasonable price.
This back brace works great for me. I have scoliosis and a few other back problems that cause me much pain . This back brace is a big help. I wear it on top of a tea shirt under my clothes. With the tea shirt under it,it does not scratch my skin. I am happy I found this brace.

This is NOT FOR LONG TORSO PLUS SIZE WOMEN
¡PURCHASE MINE 4/30/21 YEAR REVIEW!The pros and cons of a company that has been established for years and I will tell you that there are some limitations on their descriptions and their product that they should focus more on if they claiming it to be for a certain demographic.THE PROSTHIS ITEM FOR A AVERAGE SIZE PERSON WHO IS OVERWEIGHT WITH A LARGE MIDSECTION MAY FIND THIS TO BE ACCURATE TO THE MEASUREMENTS YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SIZE UP TRUST ME YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SIZE UP ORDER THE SIZE THAT'S IN YOUR RANGE AND IT WILL FIT TO SIZE.Let's also take a moment to know that this company is not just a company that has started their business through Amazon they have their own separate site I only use Amazon because I didn't have to pay for shipping I already pay a subscription for and if I needed to return it which I did not I could return it to my nearest UPS store or Kohl's.The initial reaction was amazing it did somewhat WORK but I have a long torso after a year and a half I come to find out we're about to head into the cons.THE CONSFOR OBESE PEOPLE I FEEL LIKE MORE VELCRO OR TONGUE AND LOOP PIECES ON A BACK BRACE IS OPTIMAL WITH THAT BEING SAID 10 CM WHATEVER THAT METRIC FOOLISHNESS THEY LIKE TO THROW TO US AMERICANS APPLY TO OUR ITEMS IS FOR PEOPLE WITH LONGER TORSOS AND BIG STOMACHS IS BY FAR THE MOST INCONSIDERATE AND EGREGIOUSLY INEFFICIENT DESIGN.SINCE I HAVE TO USE A CONVERSION CHART I WOULD THINK FOR A PROPER BACK BRACE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT'S ENCOMPASSES AND DOES NOT ROLL UP OR ROLL DOWN SHOULD AT LEAST BE IN THE BACK 16 CM TAPERING DOWN TO 12 CM NOT EVERYONE IN AMERICA IS SHORT AND AT THIS TIME IT'S 20:22 NOT TOO MANY PEOPLE ARE SHORT AND EVEN SHORT PEOPLE HAVE LONG TORSOS OR BIG STOMACHS AND THIS WOULD HELP ESPECIALLY IF THEY PULL IT DOWN AND NOT USE IT UNDER THEIR BREAST PLATE. TO SIT ON TAIL BONE AND UNDE "THE GUT".So being that I'm a person with the long torso and a big stomach I tend to have to double up and that was the reason why I came back to this company because so far this is the only one that puts a measurement picture in their description that it is 10 cm long in the back for some reason brace abilities company does not put it on all their products which I am so completely dumbfounded because I cannot compare the products if you don't have a streamline of descriptions they have another back brace that's actually a unisex back brace or for men it's a obese back brace and it looks similar it has more sizes and I'm wondering if it is longer which I don't understand why these back brace companies and even these waist training companies don't make longer bands to be honest Saran wrap is longer or shrink wrap is longer than those back waist trainers and back braces.Yes I go in a long ramp because at the end of the day I don't mind cuz I've already done it for years is used multiple back braces it helps the only issue I have which I'm going back to the drawing board and figuring out how to get them where they don't pinch or bulge out areas and that's what causes pain but these companies have the ability to add one more level of strap if there's two just go to three if they do it three straps high they probably be in the perfect zone for a really good back brace for $50 because the taper with the fact that you're fat they're taper falls and your stomach is pushed up or your stomach falls below the taper and I'm just like well what's this supposed to be if you got rolls or you bend over?

Runs large.
Great back brace for after my surgery. I sized down to a large, being an xl in most items. I can’t quite pull it as tight as I want it, but it’s good enough. I should have sized down to a medium.

It's not a cure all, but it sure does help.
For the last year or so, I have been dealing with back pain on and off. As of 2021, it's been worse to the point I'm hobbling to walk and sitting/laying down is a nightmare because you'll have to eventually get up. I finally made an appointment to the doctors, but I needed aid in getting up, moving around, and just a bit of relief my back in the area. So I thought it couldn't hurt to try a back brace, just so my back isn't caring the blunt of the weight trying to compensate for the pain. Just got it today, and here's what I've learned from it so far.~Does relive some of the pain and discomfit from my back.~Comfortable to sit in.~Comfortable to wear.~Best to put on with partner, but otherwise easy to put on. Just go slow.~ The bowing in it does not hurt, its really in there. Just make sure you have it facing upwards when putting on.~Very secured in place once on.~Helping me get to place to place.~Wear a shirt of some sort between you and the brace. To prevent skin irritation.~It can move a bit when you move. It's better if you are doing light movement. If it is on properly, you can easily fix it. But I can see why some are upset by this.~I wouldn't sleep in this. Just saying.~Measure true to size. Don't lie about it. I probably could have gone down a sizes, but I know I bloat, so the size I got is perfect for if I need an inch more for my waist.~Otherwise, I totally support this item. It does what it needed to do. I can move and go to the BATHROOM. Thank gods.

best reliefe yet
have a lower back issue caused by a bulging disk -- first time I had this on out side the house was participating in a Heart Walk -- was on my feet for most of an afternoon -- haven't been able to make it that long for quite a few years -- have tried other braces that I mistakenly thought would be better because they were rigid -- turns out that this Back Brace which is 95% elastic did a better job of providing the support I need -- the Brace has rigid stays in it to keep it from rolling over and giving full coverage support -- it's a bit hard to bend over which tells me that it is not flexing but continuing to provide the support and keeping me away from positions which would cause unnecessary strain and pain -- it works well under my clothing and is not readily noticeable -- very well made and should last a very long time which is good because my back pain isn't going away any time soon

To big, and it rolls down
I had a lot of hope in this product. I fell a couple years ago and dislocated my sacroiliac joint. My back has yet to fully recover. I often have back spasms when getting up from a sitting position and I routinely have pain that requires pain management. I find relief with compression, so I was looking for a brace that would give me that during work.I ordered according to the size chart and it was so large I couldn't cinch it down enough to create any meaningful compression. The stays that line the back are not rigid enough for creating support. Furthermore, when I would try to sit, it would ride up above my hips and then roll at the top. Perhaps a smaller size would be helpful, but I'm hesitant to try it with the riding up and rolling issues.
