I Really Like that this was a Complete kit to rebuild the back half of my boat. This kit included parts I didn't even know I needed. Saved me Tons of time and effort locating every individual seal, tubes, bellows and even shift kit. Everything was included in one easy package. If I ever had to do this again to another boat I would Definitely buy this kit again.

Great deal.Gimbal bearing is garbageThe u joint bellow doesn't fit hardly at allThe ring for the u joint bellow is not right and will have to buy one to make bellow work.The shift cable is actually pretty good other than you will definitely need to run a tap through the bellowing to clean up the threads or it will not start on the threads.It's cheap. It's all China crap. But a good bang for the buck. I'm a 20 year certified tech and had lots of trouble making this kit work.But saved a whole lot of money for a friend.If time is money. This is not for you. Or a beginner doing a boot job. Not for you. LolTook me 3 times as long to complete the job.Also the gimbal bearing goes in really hard.Tolerances are way tight. Doable though lol.

Shift cable screw into the gimble housing OEM fitting is threaded 1/8 NPT was a little upset to find that the replacement was threaded metric wrong thread pitch and approximately .010 oversized. This item does not qualify as a good aftermarket replacement.

Shift cable does not fit into housing, the U joint bellow does not fit! Do your research before you consider ordering this!

Everything that I ordered was in the box but the gasket was broke so I have to get another gasket I am glad that the shop that is going to repair my boat using the parts has another gasket so I didn't have to reorder

Gimbal bearing was way too small, it fell into the transom assembly, luckily I had a spare one handy
