They are okay but a little flimsy

I work with headphones every day and listen to music daily so my headphone use is probably 12hrs a day and i generally clean my ears 4 times a day because of this. I have not bought cotton swags in a very long time since i bulk buy. everything and its been about a decade since i have had to, im not sure if this great price or not but seemed very reasonable with the searches i came across. 4 Star Reason: The cotton ends of these are very tightly wound and a thinner diameter. I find them to be much less absorbent than any other kind i have used in the past and less effective. IF they are used for cleaning dab bangers, they work very well. I get these are not marketed for cleaning ears so i keep that in mind with this review, if this was a product designed specifically for cleaning ears i would have given 2/5 stars. *Works well with cat ears by the way with the smaller tighter cotton.

Let's face it, QTips are the gold standard for cushiness, usability and strength--they don't bend or break when you insert them into your ear. So in use and functionality, I'm comparing these to QTips. They do the job, which is why they got 3 stars, and they are organic. HOWEVER I've used far superior ones before and I wish I could remember the brand name. ISSUES: 1. These are SUPER scratchy. The cotton quality must be meh or subpar. I can still feel where I used them in my ear. 2. The AMOUNT of cotton on each end is super stingy. You can feel the end of the stick when you clean your ear. Watch out! If you're used to the relative cushiness of Qtips, you could do damage with these. 3. The stick is kiiiind of thin and flimsy. On the amount of cotton and flimsiness fronts, they're not half as bad as the ones you get in a hotel room that bend the instant you apply pressure, and scratch your ear half off if you accidentally get it a bit wet. These are better than that. But not much. I will keep looking for the other brand that was superior quality like Qtips, but organic.

these are great and i use them, but they are not as good as qtips. q tips are sturdier and have more cotton on the ends. obviously its gonna take a while for me to get through all these things though. i intend on switching back to q tips after these things. idk i might just throw them away and go back to q tips, but i am already used to them and dont think about it, except for in writing this review.
