A great quality product and great value

I’ve bought this green tea twice now, and most of the time my wife drinks it. She’s really happy with it—says the flavor is just right, not too bitter. The leaves are nice and full, and it makes a great cup every time. I also like that it’s loose, so she can brew it exactly how she likes. Definitely a tea we’ll keep buying.

my last order was not received. It was supposed to be here on Oct. 4 but did not arrive. Could you please send it ? I really enjoy the tea but certainly will not reorder if I never get it.
