Excellent service, very good customer care. I have received the all the items as per specification in proper packaging well before the committed delivery date. Even though the delivery lead time was 1 week, item was delivered within 3 days from ordering!!! I was promptly contacted by the Mil-Nil customer care on Whatsapp sharing the installation video.It was then that I requested them to a few additional accessories (corner piece & rubber shoes). I was ready to pay for these items as they were over and above what was given in the product specification but they very kind enough to supply them free of cost and couriered the same to me!!!It is very rare to find this level proactive customer support after purchasing a product online. Hope they keep up the good work!!!

Can go for it...
4.5/5 star rating. The supporting hinges are given only for the upper and lower shelf. It would be better if all the shelves are provided with the supporting hinges as it will improve the sturdiness of the middle shelves. Also the plastic bases can be of better quality. Overall I am satisfied.

Sturdy but unlinear Rack
Check carefully the picture in Product description and you'll see it's not straight(See the left-front angle). That's right, the rack is not rectangle/box shaped, but unlinear. So don't use it as display rack for sure.Assembly does require more than one person, and edges are not clean.Once assembled, it's sturdy and capable of holding good amount of weight. No complains here.
