***This is an update to the original review below.*** The seller reached out to me after I left my original review. I explained the situation and provided a couple pictures, and they replaced the solar blanket cover without any issues. I had a replacement solar cover within a few days. I am hoping that this one will last longer than the original. That is yet to be determined, but I am happy that the seller stood behind the product by replacing the original, even though it was past the Amazon return window. I purchased the Ardila Veela solar blanket cover to prevent my solar cover from getting damaged by the summer heat. I purchased this product June of 2022. By August of 2022 it ripped already... The material is very thin and does not hold up to the elements. Definitely wasn't worth the money.

The protection of my expensive pool cover (on the reel) from UV radiation has bugged me for years - no easy solution is available locally in Australia. All you can get here from any pool dealer is a piece of hard white plastic that is very difficult and time consuming to use and store. I had to find a solution and Amazon AU provided it via a free Prime shipment from the USA. It took just a few days to arrive in a small package The ARDILA VEELA Solar Blanket Cover fro the USA SOLVED THIS LONG STANDING problem for me. This product is soft, waterproof and UV proof. It takes seconds to use, it is lightweight, has great velcro strips and it FULLY protects the pool cover on the reel. Storage is a breeze in the small bag.

I thought I was gonna get the blue solar cover as the picture stated instead I got a small cover that doesn’t fit the pool at all Don’t waste your money 👎🏻
