We think these have the best combination of absorbency and comfort in pull up adult underwear for our needs. The person who uses them still has just enough independence to put on her own underwear, so even though she has a high degree of incontinence, we chose these to give her some small measure of control over her self care.

These adult pull-ups keep the wetness inside and pulled away from the body. They are sturdy and a great buy in my opinion. A lot cheaper to buy them here than in a medical supply store.

I have found nothing better than these pull ups for absorbency and comfort to the skin overnight. Best fit and feel. For sensitive skin!

Arrived in perfect condition on time. Does the job of absorption especially well and I highly recommend them The price is great and fair. Purchase again is quit likely, still rating at this time, I use booster pads for extra protection at night. Use only at night.

This was a purchase for my father who is experiencing incontinence. They work well during the day and overnight. Better than any store bought brand.
