Seriously my favorite flavor drops
I really struggle to drink water but I am a very frugal person. Tbh, the price on these pains me but they’re worth it when I compare the taste to the other products I’ve tried. These help me drink so much more water than I do without them. I’ve tried at least 7-8 different brands of water flavoring (if not more) and I had gestational diabetes recently and had severely limited sugar intake. I will say that I’ve always liked the taste of stevia, so that’s not a problem for me but if you don’t like it, it might be for you. I like that these flavors blend well, so if you run out of one, you can easily use another flavor in the same bottle of water. I’ve had as little as 4 oz of water in an entire day. With these flavorings, I easily finish 3 32oz bottles in a day. I do notice a slightly bitter/funny after taste sometimes about 5-10 min after I stop drinking water with these in it. Still worth it to me. As a new mother trying to nurse, these have been a lifesaver for hydration. I keep one next to my chair where I nurse, one in my purse and the rest in the kitchen where I usually refill my water bottle. I also cut out red dye 40 while pregnant and I love that these contain 0 artificial colors. I’ve never understood the practice of coloring food and drinks. If you struggle with hydration, I would highly recommend these and, if I may, a Spark Hidrate reusable water bottle (also available here on Amazon). The plastic versions of the bottle start at as little as $20 and the base glows to remind you to take drinks of water. This combination has been a major game changer for me. Happy hydrating. Please hit the button if this info was helpful.

Tastes Ok to Me
Other reviews seem mixed on the taste factor, and I would agree. Overall, I like more things about the product than the actual taste. It’s so handy and portable to take on the go. I just toss some in the cooler with water bottles and it’s a nice alternative to plain water. It’s colorless, so even if it did leak or spill, it should not ruin your bag (None have leaked at all so far). I don’t like that artificial colors are added to other brands, for what reason? Water is so much better for us than a lot of other beverages, like the high calorie sodas that I love, but sometimes plain water just does not cut it. Low in calories, the sweeteners are listed as dextrose and stevia, and it does contain some minerals, not much. The sodium level seems a bit high at 80 mg or 3% of Daily Value per serving. The serving size, however, is generous at 1.5 teaspoons with 20 calories. The label says it contains 8 servings, but to sweeten to taste. I get a lot more than 8 servings when poured over ice, and not too sweet. The more used, the greater aftertaste that is also mentioned in some reviews. I personally like all of the flavors about the same, with maybe the raspberry and orange being slightly favored. None taste like the real thing. My grandsons like the punch flavor best and will happily drink it over plain water. They call it their “magic water” because it’s clear. It’s a winner for us.

Not horrible not great
I was sure hoping my son would love these and it would be a miracle for getting him away from the red dye in his favorite crystal light fruit punch. They aren’t horrible but they’re definitely not great! All have a sour/bitter taste. I’m not picky and don’t want to waste so I’m using to mix my creatine in the mornings. We’ll try a different brand

Gi upset
My husband and I both had stomach cramps and diarrhea from this. We tried it multiple times and had the same symptoms each time. #1 ingredient is glycerin. People take that for constipation. I threw all of these away. No thank you.

Easy way to get your daily water in!
I, like most people, sometimes struggle to get the necessary water in everyday. Especially during the summer when it's extra necessary to stay hydrated something like Clear Theory is an absolute game changer. I have a half gallon jug I fill with water and just by using a few sprays of Clear Theory I went from barley finishing one a day to actually refilling it and drinking a gallon of water a day! It also is super helpful that there is no color added so I dont feel weird about drinking "fruit punch" throughout the day or having to worry about my lips/tongue/teeth turning red or something. Really enjoyed all 3 flavors but fruit punch is definitely my favorite!

Great idea, but poor execution
It's not easy to find clear drink enhancers. From a health standpoint I was happy to find these, with the added benefit that it is sweetened with Stevia. That's the good news. The less good news is that I need about twice as much vs. a normal, mainstream drink enhancer. So while being a little pricey, I also use twice as much in order to get a reasonable amount of flavor.Additionally the flavors themselves are not the best. Everyone has their own preferences but to me the flavor is just bad. I end up adding a dash of mainstream brand in addition to make it taste better.I love the idea of these drink enhancers (clear, no artificial colors or dyes, Stevia for sweetening), but practically speaking it's a fail for me.
