I think this will be a versatile and useful hat. It fits well and has various options for keeping the sun off of my face, ears, scalp and neck as desired. Plus it doesn't look as stupid as many others in my opinion. It arrived quite wrinkled in a vacuum packed bag. I need to iron it before wearing.

I bought this for my friend who had a malignant area removed from her jaw and was undergoing radiation. She said it covered the jaw and protected it from the sun.

Great sun protector but you look stupid.

The fabric is SO cheap that sun rays/light actually come through the brim! Ruins what is overall a decent design and the whole sun protection purpose of the hat. The part that snaps at your neck and under chin to supposedly “protect” your neck is even worse, about as thin and see through as you can get (like chiffon). It’s SO thin that it will undoubtedly rip at the snap area if I didn’t use my fingernail to separate the snap (instead of just regular pull on the fabric to unsnap it). An example of penny wise and pound foolish! If they would use quality fabric, they would probably get a better following. But I suppose by the time people have figured it out that not worth the money, they’ve already bought it.Too bad, I am searching again or will steal this design and modify a real baseball cap on my own.
