Meet Me in Hawaii

Loved the setting, characters... well just everything!
How I wish I could get on a plane and transport myself to Hawaii, it is so wonderfully described that I felt as though I was there alongside Malie. And Malie's initial meet cute with Todd is really dramatic, and set it up to show what a powerful heroine we have. She is one amazing surfer, and her patience teaching the disadvantaged children that are staying for a few weeks, is impressive. Especially the way she bonds with Tara.In fact it was at the point Malie is drawing Tara out of herself for the first time, with the help of Nalu, that had me completely and utterly hooked into this book and realising it was far more impressive than the first book in this series.Starting a week after Meet Me In London ends, the focus is on Malie this time although we still get to see a fair bit of the other friends, and I felt instantly at home in this book. And Todd.. let's just say swoon, and once Malie has finished deciding if she can risk her heart on him, can I have a go! Would love me a Todd! As leading men go, he is definitely one of my favourite for a long while and there is so much more to him than maybe meets the eye initially.I have to say I'm now hooked on this series, these characters and really can't wait for September and the next release. Definitely fabulous escapist fiction and perfect for some exotic armchair travel this summer.

Back with the Lost Hours Gang
am really enjoying Georgia Toffulo’s books and have to say this one really didn’t disappoint.Malie, another member of the lost hours gang moved to Hawaii to work on her Uncles surf school following the break down of relations with her family. One evening whilst having a last evening surf Malie notices someone in trouble in the rip current, after saving the rather good looking guy Malie has no reason to expect to see him again, however, when she attends an event to publicise her charity work with the surf school, she is shocked to discover that the patron of the evening is the same man she just rescued on the beach.Todd Masters is CEO of a charity that helps children reaching their full potential, his link up to Malie’s surf school is a great way to bring up the confidence of the children that are with him on this trip.Todd and Malie are attracted to each other, but both feel they do not deserve to be happy, can they work through this and reach their happy ever after.I loved this book, it was great to meet up the the lost hour girls again, I did hit a bit of a hump when they visited the pineapple farm but after that the story raced on after that and I must admit I was really sorry to reach the end of the story, but am looking forward to the final two books in the series. This story can be read as a stand alone book or as part of the series, but personally would recommend the series as it’s a wonderful group of friends.Thank you to Netgalley for providing a copy of this book in return for an honest review.

Cute ❤️
It was a cute romance story.Malie still can't leave the past behind. The death of her brother hit her deeply, and she ran all the way to Hawaii to work by teaching surf. Now, she wants to help kids gain confidence in themselves, and thanks to the charity run by millionaire Todd, she can do that. But what she doesn't expect if for her and Todd to hit it off immediately. They can't deny the chemistry between them, but neither of them is willing to let their past behind and move forward. Both Malie and Todd were complex characters who experienced a lot in their past, and they can't give it up. They are both so wrapped up in it that it takes hurting each other before understanding what they mean to each other and what they can accomplish together.

LOVED IT!!!!!!!!
Omg I devoured this book, just as much as the first one! Georgia's characters are so believable I'm almost sad to finish, I was so immersed in their world. I love the fact each woman sees themselves with flaws (Like we all do sometimes) but the people who love them build them up instead of tearing eachother down. A true celebration of love & friendship with a whole heap of emotion. I laughed out loud, cried, got angry and was frustrated at times but I would definitely read it again & again.I cant wait until September for the next installment x

Cute surfer romance!
Another sweet read from this author, I loved Malie! I grew up surfing in North Devon at every opportunity, I remember checking the surf cam on the day we would hope to go to see what the waves were like before heading up from the south of Devon 😄 such fond memories, I never reached Malie’s skill level for sure, but I was decent on a North Devon wave! This book is full of love, heartbreak and self discovery, I really felt for Malie and her situation with her family. I loved we got to hear about her friends and how their lives are progressing too 😊I will definitely be continuing the series!
