Prefect exercise for lazy people!
Love using this whilst on my phone or watching tv! It is quite loud but comfortable to use and adjustable.

It was OK, quality could be better
Works fine, had some scratches on it so looked used perhaps, sand bag is already inside the weight ball but the instructions tell you to put the sandbag in it as part of the numbered instructions, there was no note that specified I did not need to follow that part and not to look for a sandbag in the box as I assumed at first it was missing. I then shook the ball and realised it was inside already which was good

Great fun but made hard by the fact that one of the little wheels doesn’t run freely so keeps jamming 😔

Worth the money
Bought this to try and tone up. Only used a few times so cannot comment on weight loss standards but to echo other comments it is rather loud, doesn’t seem that heavy, so intrigued to find out results.
