Q: will the charger stop charging by itself or do u have to pull the batterys off of it?

Luv Reviewing is incorrect, this unit has an auto-shutoff circuit to prevent damage to cells after they are charged. There is a LED for each of two battery bays, they are lit red while charging. When charging is complete they go dark so you know that charge is complete.

Q: is this ok with ems 7000, an electrical muscle stimulator ?

I use these batteries lith-ion with my ems system they are better for lasting longer and the 8.4volts make this device even safer.

Q: Would these batteries work well with wireless transmitters and receivers?

The voltage is slightly lower than an alkaline 9V, but it has plenty of current. These would work fine in all wireless tx/rc I've ever used that take 9V batteries. (Shure, Audio-Technica, Sennheiser, etc.).

Q: Will these work for a tens unit model #agf-3e?

Yes, I believe so. These are standard 9v batteries though they are double the capacity (600mAh vs 300mAh) of normal 9v batteries. As long as the Amp draw is low than these should work quite well. Since this is a occasional device, then rotating a couple of these and always keeping one charged should keep you powered consistently.
