Great Shower System. Easy to install and a great product. Love taking showers and bath in our new shower with Midanya Shower System. Looks and works great!

I purchased this unit in 2023 during my bathroom remodel. The price was good and it complimented my bathroom well. Early this year (2025) I noticed a leak in ceiling downstairs just beneath my bathroom. My handy guy came and said it was from the shower head unit. I immediately contacted customer service and they offered assistance with troubleshooting. They had me send a video of what we assumed was the problem. I did and they offered suggestions on how to fix it. Mind you, all responses were within hours, never exceeding one day. My handy guy assumed I needed a replacement valve. Customer services didn’t think that was the issue, suggesting we tighten something up but my guy requested a new valve. So we ordered it. Had to pay $45 for the unit + $20 shipping. The valve arrived in reasonably time considering it was out of the country. Once we got it, my handy guy realized we didn’t need it after all. He did what was recommended initially and the unit is working fine. I did appreciate customer service’s assistance with troubleshooting, their quick reply, and follow-up. The product is great.

This Midanya Shower System is amazing! My daughter loves all the features of this system in her new bath tub / shower! I'm a Dad does all so not an expert but my wife says the finished product is like a resort bathroom - I'll take that! After we finished installing our tile, somehow due to thinset thickness and change to thicker tile...we realized we mounted our drop ear fittings in the wall a little too deep so the threads of spigot and hand held mount would not engage. I reached out to customer service at Midanya as a last ditch effort and the support from them was amazing! They responded to my email immediately, and helped me determine what I needed to make it work. They quotedand fabricated custom threads to my specification so I could install the tub spigot and hand held sprayer mount. The custom threads were only around $10ea and they shipped within a couple weeks! The spigot and sprayer mount both have removable fittings that allow installation and orientation very simple. Threaded fittings are installed using an allen in the center then the spigot and hand held mount are slipped on over dual o-rings then locked in place with set screws. Highly recommend this prduct due to the high quality, complete kit and amazing support! I will be using them on our next bathroom! Thank you Midanya!

My walls ended up thicker than planned and I needed to adjust the thread length on some of the fittings and they were very quick with helping facilitate that replacement and organized for custom pieces to be sent to me and only charged me shipping. Very satisfied that the customer service went that far to make sure I could still use the shower despite my building constraints.

Shower system is amazing. Fantastic water pressure and flow rate. Once you get in, you don't want to leave. Style is very sleek and modern. Looks amazing against the white tiles. Installation is not for the inexperienced. Required a lot of preplanning. Even with all the planning, the off-straight wall caused an issue where the drop elbows were too far back from the tub spout and hand held washer connectors. Customer support was amazing and sent me the two customized pieces to fit the exact length I needed to make it work. They did not charge me for these parts, only the cost of shipping,. It took about a week for the custom parts to arrive - that was manufacturing and shipping. Overall, this is a fantastic shower and tub system. The selector knob works perfectly and the handle functions smoothly when selecting water pressure and temperature.

Absolutely loved this product for our newly remodeled shower. The square sleek design for handheld, the beautiful rain shower above and the waterfall faucet adds to the look of our luxury new bathroom. Everything was super easy to install. Had to contact customer service once and they were super fast with response. Would definitely buy again.

Everything works great and is beautiful except for the shower attachment. The part is crooked as you can see in the picture. The attachment piece is obviously shaped wrong. Would like a replacement of this part.
