SK-1 Knee Brace

I bought these more as a backup for my Rehband sleeves. These are not nearly as substantial as the majority of the knee sleeves available and they aren't designed to be.As with all knee sleeves, I ordered a size down and am happy that I did. These fit snugly and I am very pleased with the ridiculously minimal shifting they do during a workout. I don't do Crossfit but, I would imagine that these would work well for it if that's what you're looking for. I do powerlifting, olympic lifting, bag work, jump rope, bike, run, and grapple with a dummy for workouts and I have worn these for all of the listed activities. These keep my knees warm and provide very minimal additional support/assistance.The single complaint which I do have with these is that the material on the back has a noticeable texture. While most sleeves I'm used to are neoprene and feel smooth, these are noticeably there. It isn't bad enough to be uncomfortable or distracting and quite honestly, I would not trade the texture/feeling for a sleeve that slides around a little. Even my Rehbands have to be adjusted at times while these do not.I will be purchasing some of the heavier sleeves from Zamst and if they stay in place as well as these do; they will make my Rehbands my backup sleeves.

I saw this brand sold at Dick's Sporting Goods, so I figured it would be a good brand to try. I first tried a 3m brace and it was a joke. For the zamst, I went to the company's website and used their size chart to figure out what I needed. It came quickly and it has helped a lot with what has turned out to be a torn and dislocated meniscus. This has helped it pop out of place less often until I decide to do something about it. It has also helped greatly with the inflammation and fits under my clothes.

I really like these, have been using them for over two years for playing old timer soccer and have not had any issues with my knees while wearing these. What I also like is how comfortable they feel and do not restrict my movements.

Looks, feels, and performs exactly as described. Has been SO much better than the bulky strap braces I had been using, and much better than other compression braces I've tried. These have made a big difference in my mobility.Highly recommend!

Just returned from a multi week trek to Everest Base Camp. Wore these everyday on both knees and was able to make the trip up and down mountains without destroying my arthritic knees. Without these, I’d have been lame in and few hours. They served me well and I have no complaints at all.

Great support. Make sure you use the size chart. I am a size small woman and the medium brace is almost too tight.

They are good knee braces for workouts. Nothing particularly fancy just get the job done...

Now I am running faster!
