Great value for money
These are the first walking poles I've ever had, well made, fold up nice, not too heavy, cork grips are comfortable, when I researched walking poles these were mentioned in a couple of the reviews and featured on the top five of one review which included much more expensive poles. I wasn't disappointed they are really good value for money.

Fabulous
Quick delivery. I have never used poles before but signed up for the Northern Ireland Mournes Seven Sevens challange walk in August. All the training hikes were taking there toll on my knees so I was told to invest in some poles. These were brilliant, comfortable, easy to set up and change height depending on downhill or uphill and super easy to quickly fold away when not needed on steep scrambles. Can't fault them.

Trekology Sticks - good to go!
These Trekology sticks are easy to assemble/dismantle. For a lady of 5ft4" I have them set at the lowest setting. The interchangeable rubber feet are varied for the different terrains, however, the lower sections of the sticks rotate freely, meaning the feet can easily rotate out of alignment.

Lightweight and collapsible
I particularly wanted a pair of lightweight collapsible poles which would help support me when generally walking around. I have just returned from 3 days in Prague where all the streets are cobbled. Once I had got to grips with the mechanism for collapsing and opening the poles, which was in fact very easy, the 3 of us, 2 poles and me, got on very well . If I was on the bus they were very easy to collapse down and pit in my rucksack and when in use they coped will with the uneven surface. Lightweight, strong and dependable.

Study and easy to assemble
They looks good, feel good in the hand. The feel very sturdy and overall do the job very well. The compact aspect of them is good and the wee carry bag is great for attaching to my hiking bag

Good hiking poles
These hiking poles are sturdy, don't give way under pressure and are light weight. Other poles I have used slowly collapsed if weight was applied. There's a knack to assembling them but persevere. Performed well during a recent European trip.

110CM
So, the poles are extendable, but they reduce to 110cm when in use. They retract to an undesirable length. Not fit for purpose, unless you need 110cm poles.
