KONGShakers Dragon Lg/XL

My pup loves this toy! It is in "rotation" now. I have a few toys I always buy duplicates of so when she murders one I have a replacement to give her until I can get another copy. This dragon was her Xmas 2017 gift and it didn't fall apart at all until March when we ripped the belly fabric loose during tug of war. That was completely cosmetic though as the main body and all stuffing is still intact. These Kong stuffed toys (especially the rope filled ones) are the only plush toys that have lasted more than a few days for me. She is a 60lb boxer/pit mix and can destroy pretty much anything. Like I mentioned in the beginning, when I find something that lasts I buy multiples and this one has lasted longer than most.

My dog loved this toy. All the interesting bits and textures to chew. My husky has nearly the full line of long toys it seems. He has only pulled apart 3, including this one, and usually only at the seam. Typically an easy fix. He is actually very good with his toys, which is shocking as he is a husky. The toy has weak points at the wing and fin attachment areas. The funky fabric in the middle came apart spectacularly after the seam split, and shredded.I can't recommend this toy. I've added it to the pile that will be fixed. My dog loved it, but it lasted 1 day. He has the same toys since he was 8 weeks old that are still kicking around.

I never imagined that my there would be a toy that would last more than an hour or two with the way my pit bull 'attacks' her toys. It has been over a week and still in one piece! Even the horns and wings are still attached!! Very impressed. Will definitely order this type of toy in the future!

Kong toys are my go to toy for my 2 year old Golden Retriever because they are usually so durable. This particular toy was greatly loved by my dog but was ripped with in just a couple of days and completed unstuffed and torn apart within about a week. My dog is not super aggressive with her toys so I feel this should have lasted longer than it did.

My dog loves this toy so much we order it twice a year when it finally gives out. She loves it enough to hide it occasionally!

My golden retriever loved it but he ripped it the first day he had it and started pulling the stuffing out. It ripped right at the seam of the two different fabrics on the body. He's usually pretty good with stuffed animals and they'll last him a month or so but this one didn't even survive the day.

I bought a smaller version of this toy for my Labrodoodle several months ago from a pet store. It lasted a long time and was her favorite toy. This one lasted a total of 5 minutes before it shredded. Not sure this is a Kong product or not like my original. If so, their quality has severely dropped! Returned and would not buy again.

I always like to wait and see how durable any product I buy is and I would caution any dog owner who's dog likes to really chew or tear things up. This lasted a few weeks for my 6 month old golden retriever (he also has a bunch of other toys that we purchased at once so maybe its life expectancy is less) and while he loved it, the size was great and has squeakers, he chewed through it/tore it to where the stuffing was coming out at one of the seems. I think the seem is a problem spot although it seems decently made I wouldn't expect this toy to last for any rough playful dog without at some point being torn apart. We did keep the stuffing and are going to resew the toy (on the problem area) to see if we can get more life out of it but again who knows how long it will last

I have a dog that is a chewer and this toy is great. This is the second one I have bought. Other toys last minutes or days. This one lasted 7 months.

Ce petit dragon fait la joie de notre petite compagne à 4 pattes depuis qu'elle l'a reçu ! Bien conçu, il fait du bruit (elle adore) et, comme il est long et mince, elle peut l'attraper facilement.

Bought for my giant breed puppy and he loves it. He carries this about with him and really enjoys the different textures and sounds. And I really like the fact that the squeakers are quite a bit quieter than most toys!He has been chewing it regularly and its still intact after a few weeks - although he doesn't seem to have a really hard mouth as most of his toys are still in one piece.

We ordered this toy in September 2017 for our newly adopted Boxer. When we added a new puppy in Spring 2018, who really ought to be named DestructorDog so many of the toys were ripped apart, sqeakers broken, and right now there is only this toy that has survived. It is still fully intact. Both squeakers still work. It’s over a year old and still going strong. Kong comes through again with a highly durable and entertaining toy.
