Q: Are these inconspicuous? Can the neckband part be hidden? I'm not supposed to listen to music at work.

If you wear a t-shirt it's harder to hide. My uniforms for work are collared shirts. I take a rag or small towel and wrap the neck part in. It stays in place and doesn't ride up and come out. It does from time to time, shift side to side so it's uneven. Noise reduction is good. And you can hear the music in very loud conditions.

Q: Are these osha approved?

OSHA approves a standard, not a product. These are (according to mfg) compliant. If they do not comply, and OSHA tests them, the mfg. can be fined (even into bankruptcy). Similarly they can probably be fined, and definitely sued, if the mfg makes the claim but can't supply proof. They probably got a lab test before they made the claim. Ask them if you want.

Q: Full battery indicator?

While charging, indicator light will be red. It will turn blue once fully charged. While wearing, it doesnt indicate on the headset itself but you can check the percentage on your phone. Lasts me 13+ hours of nonstop music at low volume. Haven't tested longer periods. But i can let play and find out if you want to know.

Q: Can 2 phones be connected at the same time?

Yes but i just checked if it will play sound from YouTube on both phones at the same time and it will not. If that was your question. It will play from one but if you pause it while the other is playing it will automatically play the other one. Hope this helps.
