Great function, excellent materials, good price,
This is a quality product and it has made life easier. The product is sturdy but light weight. The casters are very high quality. The company delivered on time and the assembly was not bad at all. Mine is a galley kitchen with practically no counter space paired with an avid cook developing a sous vide website. Space is a problem.. I just happened to have some standard size school cafeteria trays - polypropylene, I believe? - that fit, two per shelf. I ordered a baker's tray properly measured to fit the center shelf - so I could even put a kitchen appliance on it and plug it into a nearby wall. When you've filled up the dishwasher and can't find anyplace to drain the overflow of pots and pans, this is a nice stop gap. After usage, I roll it into a nearby storage area because it doesn't do much for the kitchen ambiance. Let's face it, in a kitchen, it's ugly. However, preparing for Thanksgiving with family visiting, it made a wonderful place to do "mise en place" for assembling the components of each culinary offering. I won't buy a second one, because who needs two in a home? I do recommend this product and might even want to feature it later on my website.

Appeared to be a nice product but lacking
Although I gave 5/5, Appeared to be a nice product but lacking. The attaching the frames were easy, next and last install wheels. Three were fine but….. that one, that one that would not take any wheel. The frame opening for wheel install was too narrow. The only option is refund or replacement. I need the item so no refund, replacement requires to uninstall and purchase a box, because I tore the box as it was a present, lol. So last option critically think, can I fix this and if it doesn’t work, will they take it back. Well I decided to fix with a flathead and a hammer. It worked!! THEN I took it for a spin and it’s wobbly, if the one wheel was extended a little longer. Guess that has to another critical solution, lol. Good Luck with your business. May you have better luck, I really think this is a good deal and great product, I just happen to get the malfunction so you don’t have to, lol 😝

Great for home use as well as commercial
I bought this for a family member who likes to bake a lot of bread at home. It gets much use as extra shelving for all the extra bakeware and for proofing bread and storing cookie sheets while awaiting baking (or for cooling off after baking), which frees up counter and cabinet space. We also use it to dump batches of tortilla chips fresh out of our deep fat fryer to cool down. I suppose it is a little unsightly, but for how much use it gets at our house, it is worth the trade-off. We have it in our dining room, right next to the oven. Cold things go in, hot things come out. This accepts full and half size baking sheets (standardized). We purchased several full size baking sheets, which each take up a full shelf on this rack, but which do not fit in our oven (we knew this in advance). The half-size sheets, however, do fit in our oven, and they fit two to a shelf on this rack. In all, we have 3 or 4 full size sheets that act as shelves for mixing bowls, baking utensils, and chips and whatnot, while the half-size sheets are used mainly for baking and bread storage. It was a crap shoot whether he would like it (purchased as a gift), but he very much enjoys using and having it. I will say, I was slightly disappointed that one of the vertical poles was bent a little upon arrival, and some of the shelving supports were roughly finished such that they scratched some baking sheets (the sheets did not slide as freely with these rough patches), and finally, the sticker that shipped on the mid-section horizontal support bar did not come off cleanly, and the unit tarnished somewhat upon trying to remove it. Take heed: the cart would not be nearly as useful if we filled up every single shelf with a baking tray. To do so would provide insufficient clearance to use each shelf for bread loaf proofing or to store mixing bowls, etc. These are all minor annoyances, however, and they are not enough to make me subtract a star. Overall, he was happy with the purchase, and a light touch of sandpaper to the problem shelf supports was enough to fix the scratching issue. He's happy; I'm happy. Conclusion: If you need extra horizontal storage space (i.e. not enough cabinets and/or counter space), and you don't mind the unusual commercial kitchen appearance of this, you may find it as useful as we have. And the casters make it mobile enough to hide if you are embarrassed and don't want guests to see it (simply roll it into the garage or other hiding spot). We are unashamed of it, however, and it often gets bemused glances from guests and provides an interesting topic for conversation while everyone enjoys freshly baked bread and/or tortilla chips. Who could complain about that?

Great, functional item for small kitchens
I have a small kitchen, and I bake a lot of bread, cakes and cookies. This fantastic rack holds 20 (TWENTY, people!) half-size baking sheets. So I can have sheets of cookie dough, rolls or bread prepped and waiting to go in the oven on one side, and cookies cooling on the other. I also ordered a full size baking sheet to use in the very top rack to put my canisters of bread flour, pastry flour, semolina and sugar on, for easy access. I keep the rack next to my John Boos maple work table table, and it is the perfect height. Easy to assemble, very sturdy, great price. I use it every single day and am so glad I purchased. If you do a lot of baking, don't hesitate to purchase. The only thing I need now is a double oven!

Holding up well in church kitchen
Although this seemed a bit flimsy when it arrived, it is functioning well after several years of holding a great deal of weight. We use it for storage rather than as a cooling rack and the cover (which came with dire reviews about the zipper breaking) is still in great shape despite multiple untrained volunteers using it.

Exceptional for transport & storage
We left the wheels off, cut the bottom two levels off, drilled new holes and re-attached the support bars and stuck some end caps on the bottoms from the hardware store. It fits perfect in my Subaru and we use it to transport trays to the farmers market. We also purchased a clear vinyl cover with zippered ends. We literally carry this rack - all loaded up with baked goodies - from the back of the car to the table in our tent. It looks professional, keeps the food safe, we can organize by tray, and the load capacity is huge. Super easy to hose off and keep clean. Fits nice on a counter too! Fits our half trays (two on each shelf) or our long trays (one per). Great product.

Quality is a real problem here
This is the second time we have purchased this exact rack. Both lasted less than 2 months. I defiantly challenge the 75lb weight limit. Ass you can see from the photo, the pan holders are bent. The first unit completely fell apart and the rails broke off. The think is we never have even placed 75lbs on a row. As you can see in the third photo I believe this to be a manufacturing flaw. Despite setting this up properly and tightening the screw as tight at practical, I believe weight shimmy’s the bolts loose. Over and over. If they sent locttite, locking washers etc, it would change this review a good deal. The reason the rails bend is because once it becomes slanted the weight of the trays sit on the tips of the rails bending them. If they engineer this thing’s bolts/screws to stay tight when being regularly rolled around, subject to A lot of weight only, it would be a food cart. As is I have wasted money. (If you ask why I purchased it a second time, it is because they had a fire sale on a brand new cosmetically damaged unit that I could not pass on.

It's still very sturdy, though
So far I dig this thing a lot. I did baking in professional kitchens so I really wanted something similar to what I was used to for baking at home. The measurements are fairly accurate, I think it may have been an inch or two wider than the actual width of the pans it holds, so those trying to fit it within a very thin margin may want to confirm their measurements. In addition, it's definitely not quite as robust as a steel pan rack, but the construction is very similar. Since the aluminum is probably not 100% as accurate in terms of machining tolerances, I did notice that some of the pans get a bit 'stuck' when moving them into place. I had to loosen the bolts a little bit to make sure I had a little extra wiggle room so my pans would slide in easier. It's still very sturdy, though. I have a 16LB balance beam bakers scale resting on a full size sheet pan on the very bottom of my rack and it's stable. I also have another sheet pan halfway up that holds flour and other baking supplies and it's also stable. I got the cover to go with it: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FE017QC/ The cover is awesome! It lets you unzip the side so you can get easy access, but still keeps too much dry kitchen air from getting at your bakes goods, while still allowing them to cool without steaming the enclosure. For reference, the following sheet pans are confirmed to fit properly in the rack (occasional tolerance issues aside): http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0001MS3P6/ half size sheet pan http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009LA0XTI/ full size sheet pan The NSF rating is also a plus, I specifically got open-bead sheet pans because as a former restaurant worker I'm highly conscious of cleanliness and whether or not something can be easily cleaned. NSF certified usually means that it minimizes areas where bacteria can collect and cannot be cleaned out. I can definitely see being able to wipe down this rack, or even take it outside to hose down. So my only complaints, and why it's a 4 star rack instead of a 5 star rack is: - Tolerances are a bit too tight and you can't easily slide sheet pans into every rack slot - There are only 2 casters with wheel stops on them, thus 2 of them spin freely and it's not as stable in the corner I have it as I'd like it.
