SmartKnit makes the best seamless socks for people with AFOs. My son is now 7 and has been using them since he was 10.5 months old. He now uses the big toe strap and am so thankful SmartKnit has that option as well. No redness, and he is very comfortable while getting the support he needs. He has had the same socks for almost 4 years and besides them getting small because he is growing, they are in great shape!

This fit great on our two year old. They work well with his toe separator on his AFO, and come up high enough so there is no rubbing.

My son has to wear afo’s for school but the socks get pretty dirty and smelly so I am I was able find them and purchase more

Works great for my son’s SMO with greater toe strap. I wish they came in a shorter length as his SMOs are only ankle height. These go all the way up to his knees. Also, expensive! $14/pair is expensive! But they work great!
