VIVOSUN Highly Reflective Mylar Film Roll 4FT x 50FT for Outdoor Grow Room Indoor Decoration Aluminum Paint Coated 2 Mil Silver

This VIVOSUN Mylar film is fantastic! I was a little worried about the thickness, but it's perfect—not too flimsy, but still thick enough that it feels durable and won't rip easily. Cutting it to shape was a breeze, which made my little project so much easier. I'm using it to grow some cactus seeds and it's working great. The reflective material does an amazing job of bouncing light back onto the seedlings, and it definitely helps with heat retention. The best part, though, is that you can see through it just enough to check on everything without having to take it down. Plus, it's a great way to keep my nosy neighbors from thinking I'm running some kind of illegal grow operation instead of just pursuing my hobby! Highly recommend it.

Material thickness it is 2 ply and is actually wonderful we lined our basement walls and did a beautiful Pond and house plant Sanctuary for the turtles great reflectiveness it's easiest to use heat retention it's all right but the quantity in size for the money I mean it's a no-brainer if you need to reflect light get it

The product quality seems excellent, though I have not unrolled the entire roll for inspection. The only problem I encountered was some shipping damage. The first 20 feet or so were damaged (about the lower 4 inches) because the box it was shipped in was 52 1/2" long. This is one of those "Ahem, attention Amazon..." reviews. This was a 4' long roll. That's 48". It was wrapped in plastic, so as a shipper making boxes I'm allowing between 1/2" and 1" max for the wrap. So a 48 1/2" to a 49" box. IF you ship it in a box at all (a shipping tube is preferable for rolled damageable items, and easier to size). NOT a 52 1/2" box. Know what happens to a tight roll of something if you give it a chance to slide back and forth 4 or 5 inches? It tends to be a not-tightly rolled up roll and it will walk off the roll to one end. Which is what happened. And a good chunk of it was crinkled and damaged as a result. Now yes it's an amazon shipping issue, but...I received damaged product. So took off a star, which seems fair. Was it bad enough to send it back? In my opinion, the amount that was damaged didn't warrant the effort that would have been required. So...meh. So if you order this, you might want to add some special instructions to the order and request they package it carefully and without much end play. Now, the product itself, once I got past the damaged section, is great. The coating is smooth, reflective, and even, and, for 2 mil mylar, is pretty durable. If they can get Amazon on the ball, shipping-wise (honestly, it's a problem their shipping department can solve with a 10 minute training session on shipping these types of items) this is a 5-star product. Very high quality and I would absolutely recommend it.

This is a game changer, especially if you can’t afford a grow tent!!! It reflects light extremely well and even retains heat, especially if you have it on all walls and the ceilings!!! It’s light weight like a poster, but very durable, and can be reused over and over!!! It doesn’t get any cheaper and easier than this, this can put companies that make grow tents out of business if people catch onto this!!!

I have not loved a product of its kind like I love VIVOSUN in my entire life. This product and I were so meant to meet! The first photo shows the space prior to VIVOSUN. With this product you can be endlessly creative and playful. (I should have gotten the biggest roll, but it's okay, I will get more when I run out because I keep finding things that VIVOSUN will make far more beautiful and enjoyable.) -- The third photo shows two small filing cabinets that I got as base for my glass top desk. I could not stand the idea of having two big objects obstructing the light and view; the solution? Cover them with VIVOSUN. <3 <3 <3 The second photo shows the door, which used to be horrible; it now is artistic, beautiful, reflective of light and enhancing the sense of space, like everything where VIVOSUN goes does. I couldn't possibly love this film more. I would cover an entire wall with it in a room, but maybe in the future :-). I cannot say thank you enough for making this awesome product and also for making it affordable.

This is a good product if you’re putting up against a wall but keep in mind that this is translucent. The light will come though unless is has something behind it. I wish i knew that before I bought it.

Stuff is great, it' going up on my grow room.

Used to make DIY grow tent and it worked great! For the price, it was worth it to buy the 100ft roll to have extra for other projects or if I tear this tent down I can rebuild. Very reflective on both sides and strong but easy to cut with sharp knife or scissors. Good if you don't want to spend money on expensive grow tent and don't mind constructing one with cardboard and tape. Easier with 2 people to work with in large parts to avoid accidental creasing but it is very resilient to creasing in general.

Exactly what I was looking for. Amazing product, works like a charm. The 50ft roll is not as much as I thought I needed. Will be ordering more soon. I recommend to everyone looking for this type of reflective mylar, only get VIVOSUN, it is of amazing value.

Used this roll for some things around my house like arts and crafts, building a reflective greenhouse for some of my plants and also used it for the backing of some RGB clouds I made in my gaming room. Everything seems to be going well so far and it's been up for a couple months. I dod see some reviews about how the reflective stuff "wiped off" so I tested some with a bit of rubbing alcohol to it and it seems to have passed the test so they must have definitely fixed that defective batch for sure lol 10/10 would buy again if ever needed for another project around the house I still have so much left ima need to use this first tho lol
