Q: What is the outside diameter of the tip?

It’s 5/8” outside diameter.

Q: Good for small trans filler?

Probably. If the trans inlet tube is vertical and standard sized, as on most small engines, you should have no issues.

Q: What is the max OD of the funnel discharge tip? Thank you,

9/16” as delivered. If you cut funnel shorter it can grow up to 2”
