I put them in my son’s shoes because they were too big for him. It sticks very well and he seems comfortable. He had them for months now and it’s well in place.

The shoes I had gotten for my boys were slightly too big, but we all loved them. That’s when I found these cushions. When they arrived and I tried to put them in the shoes, they didn’t stick too well. So I rolled up a strip of gorilla tape for each one and stuck them into each shoe, and they stayed put for months!!! This morning I realized their toes were at the ends of their shoes, so I took these cushions out, and we have a little more room in the shoes before we need to buy new ones - AND, I can get more use out of the cushions if I need to next time!! Gorilla tape made all the difference! So adhesion is not the best but 5 stars for everything else!!

I bought these for my grand he had a pair of shoes that were too big for him. They would flop off of his feet until I added these. They made the shoes fit like they should have.

I had to glue them in (with shoe glue I bought on Amazon), ONLY THEN they stayed well. One pair fell out when the shoes came off at the end of the day. The other pair fell off as shoes went on. They are great for sizing down a pair of sneakers that are too big for your kid. They will keep their heel from coming out as they walk. Just glue them in and rip them out when your kid's foot grows a size. If the shoe is already snug on them, these may make their feet not fit!
