Before I say anything else, you should know... AMAZON DOES NOT SHIP THIS WITH COLD PACKS Even though it needs to be refrigerated. I don't think Amazon knows how to ship products like this. This time it was actually shipped from Amazon. Other sellers, I cannot say but per other reviews it seems that is a gamble too. I'd probably recommend getting this supplement elsewhere or straight from the manufacturer. Fortunately Amazon just refunded me and so it's not a huge deal. Also it doesn't make sense to take a star off a product review when it's the seller's fault. Onto the supplement itself, as I already said it needs to be refrigerated to maintain potency. It probably won't go rancid or anything like that out of the cold, and traveling with a few in a pill container is probably fine, but you definitely won't be able to expect full potency if it stays warm for a long time or especially if it gets very hot. Assuming it is kept cold, this supplement is one of the better ones you can buy for sure. This company makes some of the best supplements I've taken and this is no different. You will probably notice bowel movements becoming more regular, and possibly elevated energy levels and a general feeling of well being. But that's all subjective and depends on a lot of other factors too. I would just say that it's reasonable to expect more regular and easier digestion, and with that, probably a little relief of fatigue due to nutrients being better absorbed. Of course it's best to accompany this with a healthy diet. Aside from that, I'd recommend anyone looking for a good probiotic to definitely give this one a try. It's not the most expensive supplement but it's definitely a good value for what it is. Not all probiotics are the same.

I can’t rave about these enough. They literally saved my life. I’ve suffered with PCOS and along with that comes a number of gastrointestinal problems that come and go and can never be pinpointed. It’s been years of my life literally knowing any time I ate I was going to be in incredible pain and discomfort. By life revolves around the bathroom. Just spasms all the time. Think I’m allergic to every food, so so many tests and dr visits and scopes and all coming back without anything. I looked into these specifically because I am in fact allergic to Dairy and these were cultured differently and more naturally. It took three days and my life in every way started to change! My mental health cleared up, physical health cleared up, stamina and energy, I can eat the foods I used to (mostly anyway) with way less symptoms. My body wasn’t absorbing anything it needed and this changed it all. No side effects, no nothing. It’s such a tiny pill that improves so much. So forever grateful I discovered this!

Excellent probiotic

Helped after meal stomach pain

I have been taking this supplement (ordered previously) for 45 days and had positive results. I had 15 days left with a bottle and placed a new order for this supplement. Unfortunately, with the remaining 15 capsules, I then gradually started experiencing bloating, gas, runny bowel movements, nausea, belching, and general feeling of unwellness that got worse and worse. I only took the low dose, 20 Billion CFU, so it is surprising to me. I am glad others are enjoying this product. Unfortunately, now I've got to stop taking this probiotic brand, and have a full unopened bottle of it. I must include here in my review that the seller just offered me a full refund, which is extraordinary as I did not attempt to request a refund. I really thought one could not get a refund on any product sold on Amazon that one eats. Many many thanks for that offer!!!! That is super wonderful of you. I have now changed my review to positive.

I love the probiotic!!! But have been encountering issues with different shippers on Amazon :( I have been using this probiotic all year. I came across it when searching for probiotics with specific strains that I felt like my body desperately needed. For anyone who may not be aware of this, the probiotic (most probiotics) need to remain at a cool, chilly temperature to maintain its potency. This includes staying cool from the time it leaves the warehouse and arrives to you. I would order it from MegaFood’s website, but eventually started ordering it on Amazon, as I do with most everyday goods. **When receiving this product from MegaFood** it arrives insulated with very quick shipping (by the time it ships out, it arrives within 48 hours). The insulation is always still ice cold by the time I receive the product. 5 stars!!! **When ordering from Amazon** It’s been a hit or miss depending on the shipper: early in the summer, the product was wrapped properly with cool insulation and stayed cold despite the temperature that day ranging from 90-100°F!!!! I was REALLY surprised and relieved :) BUT I’ve ordered it two times since then from two different shippers on Amazon and BOTH times the product arrived warm with no proper cooling method :( I don’t know if I want to go with the trouble of POSSIBLY needing to return a third order because the third shipper also doesn’t ship the probiotic at a cool temperature??? Sigh.. So all in all, the probiotic product is great ***IF*** it arrives cold enough. But that itself really depends on the shipper. You may be better off ordering directly from MegaFood.
