I typically take vitamin gummy that i thought would help with my immune system but a friend of mine highly recommended this product to take instead. So far so good. The liquid version does help make it easier to take. Great Product, will buy again!

One 32 fluid oz. bottle of this vitamin formula costs nearly $40.00, but it's really good for the immune system. It contains important vitamins (D3, C, E and B), plus zinc and a little colloidal silver (but a tiny amount of that), a proprietary juice blend and a few other things. This makes for an excellent daily preventative from colds and flu. And it really tastes good too! Almost all of the other liquid vitamins that I've reviewed didn't taste all that good (even though they were good quality) so it's nice to review one that actually tastes good. I still mix it in a little water just to get some extra hydration but that's not necessary. There's nothing negative I can find to say about this product. Just wish it didn't cost so much.
