TONYMOLY Shocking Lip Blur Collection

I like the way these feel on my lips. And I like the color. It’s a soft Matt color, not sticky, not slick or heavy. It has a pretty good staying power. And I’m able to build up the color by mixing in a little bit of lip balm. I bought a few of these. It’s my go to subtle shade.

The initial color is the perfect red. But but it wears off and the tint is too orange and sticks to my lips in an uneven way.Wears off, but doesn’t dry and flake. Good product, just the wrong color for me.

This kinda shows up a little too pinkish purple on me but I think it’s because I am a bit too olive for this tint. It does last long, wish I got a different color.

I was pretty concerned considering the majority of reviews indicated they received an expired product. I reached out to Tony Moly Customer Service 2 weeks ago asking about this (who do I buy from, etc., with questions geared towards Amazon.com) and received zero response. Followed up a week later - zero response. For the record, I was extremely polite in all of these exchanges. Their website lists Amazon.com (shipped and sold from Amazon.com) as an authorized seller, so they are likely selling expired product themselves. Their customer service is horrible and makes me very wary of the product quality. Also, it does NOT come sealed at all, literally anyone could use this and return it. It comes in a box but there is no seal anywhere. Someone could have easily used this and returned it and you would never know. The product itself is okay and will last a long time. I'm just so disappointed in their customer service and unhygienic packaging which is a sign of a poor product, and certainly not worth the price they are charging for it with such abysmal customer service.

Lives up to the name- this stuff is bright AF and lasts all day. I honestly haven’t used a product with this much staying power in a long time. I definitely want to try other colors in the product line.
