I sincerely wish that you didn't have to take 4 twice a day as they tend to get stuck in my windpipe. It has only been a month and I have not yet noticed any difference. We will see what month 2 brings

you must take this for awhile but my hair dresser…
you must take this more than a month or two… it takes times to work. I had stopped taking it for awhile because I didn’t think that it was working well… tonight getting my hair done my hair dresser said she noticed my hair seemed thicker and she asked me what I was doing different.
