Everyone complaining about these smelling bad is clearly not paying attention to the fact that these are machine washable. These work great. As with any sponge these do get to smelling a little funky, but seriously. Throw that sucker in the washing machine and it will be perfectly fine again. I wouldn’t put it in the dryer though. I’m still on the first sponge 4 months later! I put it in the washer once a week and haven’t had any problems with smell or deterioration.

If you are tired of cheap sponges that feel gross and worn out after one week of use, this is for you. As long as you treat it as any other sponge and wring it/squeeze it under water when you're done, these suckers will last you for months. I ordered a pack early last year and JUST NOW reordered. I bought the scrubbers based on the the company’s claim that they are odor free, odor fighting. The scrubbers are very well made and are highly absorbent so I like them for that. However, they do not fight odor and smell bad even though I rinse thoroughly after every use and let air dry as they recommend. I have to wash them frequently using bleach in order to get the smell out.I would never buy again.

I bought this sponge after seeing it used at a B&B. I was used to the Scotch brite sponges, so this was a different feel. It does a great job on my dishes and wiping off the counter when water is squeezed out. It lives up to it’s name. No sour smell, however I do put it in the dishwasher and microwave for 1min. to ensure it’s clean. I love the color! I bought a 3 pack and anticipate them lasting a year. I’ll buy them again.

I was hopeful to have a product that did not get that mildewy smell. Unfortunately this claim is not true. They get just as stinky as all other washing pads I have tried.

I didn’t give a rating for longevity because I haven’t used them long enough, but I like that they are not really thick which I believe is what helps them not stink. I’ve been able to wash with no issue and it has a soft scrub side which comes in handy. I will be buying these again

Sponge worked well, as is it's purpose. But, the stench happened!

This product is SO much better than traditional sponges. It absolutely does not smell after weeks of use. It also has excellent absorbency. Have bought an extra pack to keep on hand. It will take a long time to use up because this sponge lasts for so long.
