Bottom Line: I am very happy with the watch! I have not had a mechanical watch since the “electric” watches came out in the 1960’s. I have always admired the Rolex day-date, and have had two quartz homages to this classic back in the 1980’s. The Cadisen is beautiful and a worthy homage in this tradition. Delivered by the Amazon store well ahead of schedule, in a well-padded box.Criticism: There are no instructions with the watch: I was very near to sending it back as defective, as I could not push the crown back flush to the watch case after setting it. Then I finally realized that it has a screw down crown! I had to push the crown in quite firmly and simultaneously rotate it in a clockwise direction; it then screwed in flush with the case. Also, when you first get the watch, you will find the crown flush with the case as it should be. Do not try to pull it out until you have rotated it counterclockwise to unscrew it. And of course, after setting it push it firmly back to the case and screw it back down. The little brochure they include is for another model. It is also printed in a font too small to read. There are some nice third-party reviews on You Tube, but none that I found mentioned the screw down crown; they assume that everyone is familiar with this feature. Also, there are some challenges to setting a day date display like this, including the “AM-PM problem” which could be better explained. As several other reviewers have noted, you probably will need to wind it manually every day for at least the first 3 or 4 days you use it, as the self-winding takes some time to get up to speed.Bottom line again: So far, I love the watch as I get more experience with it, my first automatic in many decades. No one will mistake a $100 homage as a real $40K plus item, but in my opinion it is a worthy homage and will be fun to wear.Note added on 8/10/21; I saw another video review on YouTube, and it clearly shows this same model watch without the screw down crown. So were must be at least two different versions, one with and one without the screw-down crown. I am still enjoying the watch.

The media could not be loaded.  The watch came in a nice box with manual, unsigned warranty (why?), and a polishing cloth. The weight seems too light for something meant for everyday use. The bracelet seems 'tinny', in a way. The jiggle jangle isn't bad, but it doesn't feel durable. Even with these issues, the bracelet is super comfortable. Fit is good after removing links that were equally as difficult to remove as they are comfortable on-wrist. Get some bar & chain oil to speed things up. The clasp should be bracelet-color. The untreated stainless steel takes away the stealth this bracelet style is intended to have. Caseback as well. The movement is solid, but not decorated. There's no reason to see it. Would benefit from a solid caseback - case color or not. Movement is easy to set, keeps great time. Dial looks amazing in sunlight and Romans & Bars can be seen in my dark living room with nothing but the TV on. I have a 7" wrist, for reference and needed to remove four links (two on each side). Not confident gold plate or PVD used won't come off with consistent wear. For the money, this is a stunning watch. Keep a leather strap available in case the bracelet doesn't hold up to desk surfing. Recommended.

This is a nice looking watch .When I started to set the day and date the dials seemed to stick a little .I got it set but I need to use it to see how good it is .

Perfect. Features I like, no battery to replace, no winding. Even had a guy who owned a Rolex ask me if that’s what it was. Great price for all that!

It is not possible to return item from Miami. Watch NEVER worked. Thank to Amazon I got refund and still have the watch at home if they ever want it back.

One of my new favorites! It's rare to find an automatic day-date homage. This one is cheap and works great!

Montre avec un magnifique revêtement or de qualité et un excellent bracelet type président très confortable mais difficile à régler, il faut pas mal forcé pour défaire les maillons. D'ailleurs, l'outils censé être fourni pour les défaire n'était pas présent dans la boite. Niveau point fort, je suis agréablement surpris par les +2s quotidien qui apportent une précision équivalent une Rolex, malheureusement, le réglages du jour et de la date est fastidieux, la couronne tourne difficilement avec beaucoup d'à-coups et de moment où elle se bloque carrément. Pour finir, les 48h de réserve de marche promis sont inexistant, même rechargé à bloque, la montre s'arrête au bout de 10 à 15h, et je suis excessivement agacé de devoir la remonter tout les jours, parce qu'elle s'arrête durant la nuit. Mouvement à revoir.
