Works GREAT!
Took this to a job site to install some solar equipment. Had to hoist solar panels 15' up. The client wanted to do the work, and was impressed with the ease that the winch did it's work. The fact that it is cordless made my company look state-of-the-art. Brought both batteries to the site, but only needed one. This was surprising since we had to run it out to it's full length several times. It was a REALLY humid day, so being able to push a button sure beat hand-cranking 15' of cable! At the end of the day one of their crew liked the winch so much he joked that I could find my winch in HIS truck. LOLOnly improvement I could recommend would be to have a release to allow the cable to play-out freely. The current design has the motor being run in reverse to let out the cable, which eats up the batteries. (However, I'm still on the same battery, so it looks like there's plenty of power stored to compensate.)Also, a wireless remote would be REALLY cool.

Awesome product!
I had previously specified this unit for a commercial fleet customer for use in their service vehicles and they worked perfectly and the customer feedback was that they also used them beyond the planned application! I knew that I also needed one for my personal use and have used it several times and love it! The portability of it and the rechargeable batteries make this a must have if you don't want a permanently mounted winch or if you have multiple vehicles!

Great winch!!
I love it! I bought it in 2016 w/2 batteries and use in my shop mainly picking up my heavy zero turn lawnmower to sharpen blades and it still going strong.

Item as expected
Very nice, light weight portable winch with two batteries and a charger. Solid workmanship for the category. I’ve borrowed this exact same winch often, so knew exactly what I was ordering. Quick shipping, though I wish it had been anyone other than FedEx, since they insist on leaving my packages sitting on the roadside instead of on the porch like Amazon contractors do. I got to this one before it was stolen.

Buyer Beware. NO GOOD!
I really only see one good review, and they only talk about its ability to pull things. I agree with the pulling ability, however, try and charge it. It won't! It may work for a min or two then the charger (110v - I don't have the DC type cig lighter) quits working. 45-46$ replacement on top of that. I think WARN should replace the charger but the only assistance you get from them is that you have one year to return it. But as I read the reviews there's a restocking fee that is as much or close to the amount of a new charger. For 3-400$ you would think the charger would at least charge the battery. WARN has a video out describing how great the PullzAll is and the fire department talks about how they use it to save lives by pulling apart wrecked cars to get the drivers out. All I want to do is wench a deer up a hill or take my 5th wheel hitch out of the back of the truck and I can't even get the battery charged! Glad I'm not trying to save someone's life with this product. Good luck to the fire department that actually uses this - hope it working!

Don't forget to turn it off before storing it!
The one thing I learned the hard way is that you need to remember to turn the power switch off for storage. Luckily I bought two batteries with mine but its embarrassing to grab it to move something and its dead as a hammer. Over a few weeks of storage the little LED will eat the battery up.However, I've already used this thing for so many different projects and jobs. Its like having a few buddies over but not having them drink all your beer! The overload light does come on a bit sooner than I would have thought, however its nice to not burn up something this expensive, much less in the middle of using it and there you are with a load partially moved or lifted. Its a great tool for one person to use. I HAVE had the gearbox turn backwards though and over-run the internal brake. It was slow and there was a lot of weight on it (1700 lbs vs the 1000 lb rating) so I am not surprised. I DO wish it had some sort of freespool lever. I'm not a fan of burning battery power and adding heat to the system just by powering out and not doing any real work.

Industrial maintenance professionals tool
I use this tool for pulling long belts through tight passages and it's worth the weight in gold. The unit is not light, and that is probably necessary for how durable this tool is. I have used one before extensively at another jobsite and while you could tell this one had many hours of use it never failed to get the job doneExcellent pulling/lifting tool.

The Durability
I will be primarily using my mobile cordless winch for pulling Big game out of steep area's. Although I have not had the chance to use it for that I have used mock scenarios and it has functioned very well. My biggest complaint to Waren would be to build one that has a remote control to operate it. If this one had one i would probably of purchased (2).
