Korean Craftsmanship for a Clean Trim
This ROYAL nose hair trimmer, made in South Korea, is impressive! I've already tried it out, and it lives up to the claims of painless trimming. The manual, battery-free operation is a nice touch, and the brass and stainless steel construction feels premium and durable. The patented mechanism with its twelve dual-edge blades really does the job smoothly and effectively. Plus, the waterproof design makes for easy cleaning. Definitely happy with this purchase! This review represents my personal opinion and experience with this product. It works!
It cost more than I wanted to pay, but dang it works well! It's better than the battery-powered toys you can find. I had one and it never worked well. This little guy is simple, easy to use, easy to clean, and just works. Can also work on those annoying ear hairs when you get old enough to grow hairs in all the wrong places. I'm very pleased with this little tool. Would make a great gift for someone you care about, like a hairy ugly old man, like me, or some young guy you know off to college, or something. Definitely a tool for a gentleman.

Awkward
It's a lot more awkward to use than I anticipated. I have a hair that grows too long and tickles my nose. It works, just not easily. Still, less painful than pulling nose hairs.

Civilisation 2?
I was first exposed to civilisation when I got a bidet. "I'm civilized!" I proclaimed to all that would listen as I exited the bathroom. Since that glorious day I thought I had reached the pinnacle of evolution, dare I say, the mountain top. Then one day I was using my old electric nose trimmer and I thought to myself, "This can't be all there is. The quest for meaning can't end here."Now to be clear, even though my electric nose trimmer was old, it still worked as it did on day one. It was simply flawed, like most of us.Thus began my search. When I first discovered this simple device , my first thought was, "No, really? The solution can't be this simple? Perfection can't exist in a purely mechanical world - can it?"The answer of course is yes, yes it can; and it does. This is the holy grail and civilization has, once again, been advanced, discovered and restored.

Ineffective and over-priced
I wanted to like this "old school" product but ended up returning it for several reasons: (1) the blades simply aren't sharp enough to do the job efficiently; I still had nose hairs showing after three tries; (2) the screw is not captive, as it should be in this application; it's ridiculously easy to unscrew it all the way and accidentally drop it into the bathroom sink and down the drain (ask me how I know); and (3) the included brush is utterly pointless; if you can unscrew the unit and rinse it off, why do you need a brush? It comes in a fancy-schmancy little jewel case, too, which is downright silly. What are we supposed to do with it, save it and store this thing in it? Are they kidding?! It should have been packaged in a disposable cardboard box. I gather from reading all these positive reviews that most of the younger consumers are not aware that manual nose hair trimmers like this one (except without the idiotic brush) were once commonly available in barber shops and drug stores, and sold for less than $5. They would last a few years and when the blades got dull, you'd throw them away and buy another one. Nowadays, as far as I know, this is the only one available, and it's made in Korea and ridiculously overpriced. I sent mine back (after I managed to retrieve the screw from my sink's goose-neck trap, which I had to disassemble) and bought the Amazon's Choice Zorami model 2024 battery-operated trimmer, which I've been reasonably happy with so far. (It's made in China, though, so who knows how long it'll last. Sigh.)

Alright for a travel solution
This product is OK for a travel solution, if you need something in your pocket or travel case and you're traveling light. It doesn't really replace an electric powered trimmer, but it's fine. The quality of the metal is good and the product is solid. Over all I recommend it but don't expect the same results that you get from an electric trimmer.

Suprisingly.. smaller than expected yet effective!
The media could not be loaded. The video can show you the quality, packaging, and way the tool functions.I edited out the part where I stuck them in my nostrils and twirled the device around like a fairy trimming magical grass - yet I can share that I feel absolutely nothing when the hair is being trimmed.. can’t tell at all.. and when I look at the tool and my nose they indeed worked very well. Removed Hairs galoreNow.. it’s not a “close shave” or anything and I def need to move around into the nose and move my nose with my hand around to get everywhere.. so I don’t think this can get skin close. Yet trims well enough where creeping nose hair vines aren’t swinging around while I talk to someone.Overall - SATISFIEDand the non electric part makes up for the trim not being super close… because doesnt need a battery or charge. Can rely on it if one or both hands are working, or even someone else hands. You could honestly have your grandkids do it while wearing a mining hardhat with a light on top and theyd likely enjoy it too much. Neat toolK thanks byyyye have fun trimming nose hairsI will be.
