I have two cats and neither showed any interest in them other than knocking them off the counter in disgust. I followed instructions.. scraped some bark away to expose the green tissue and release the smell. Nope. Sprayed one with catnip... still nothing. Oddly enough, not even my dogs wanted to chew them which is really strange.I had high hopes because cats do love to chew....Packaging is nice and the product seems to be made well. Personally, I thought it was worth the $10 to give them a go. It may very well be a genetic thing just like catnip is.

My cats loves these

All of my cats were interested in these sticks for about an hour, and now they won't even touch the rest of them :( Even my chews-everything-in-sight cat still prefers my paint brushes to these sticks. They do like to bat them around though so it's not a complete loss.

My cat doesn’t go nuts for the stuff I’ve bought him before, but he did kind of like cat grass and some catnip tennis ball. He immediately went nuts for these sticks. He was immediately curious, I’m guessing because he could smell through the packaging and when I pulled one stick out of the bag he started sniffing and trying to eat it like if it was beef jerky. He started drooling a lot and even sneezing a little but once the bark was chipped, releasing the good stuff inside, he went GOBLIN MODE.10/10 do recommend!

Was looking for something fun for my cats to keep them entertained and picked up some of these to give a try. My cats absolutely go bonkers for catnip and they like playing with things this shape and size so since this was a catnip alternative I thought why not.Once they arrived, I opened up the pack, took one out, rubbed the stick to make it smell and tossed it in the floor in front of my cats. They took one sniff and turned their little noses up at it and walked off. Picked it up, held it in front of the cats and then made playing motions with it and they couldn't be bothered with it. Tried again on a different day, still the same reaction.Ended up giving them to a friend who has a cat. Their cat went nutso for these.Your mileage may vary with these.
