Love this yoga stick it really helps with my back pain just after a few minutes of holding it and good to do arm exercises also!!

I’m in my early 60s and have done yoga since I was 18 tho with inconsistencies due mostly to a very demanding job. Plus I’m convinced I’m innately rather stiff, but that would never stop me. Anyway my older brother was diagnosed with degenerative arthritis which makes his upper back slump. We discussed other family members who also had this. Thus I researched and came upon this yoga stick. My bro is too stubborn & conservative to have anything remotely to do with yoga, but after I started doing some free online 15 minute yoga stick workouts the feeling is dramatic. My back feels much stronger and I’m even walking straighter. I am not afraid of getting the family slump anymore when I get past 65. Even if it somehow is my genetic destiny, at least I’ll go down (literally) swinging. Tho there are many yoga sticks, I got this one because I like the organic feel of the wood and I can unscrew it in the middle and pack it in a suitcase. I hope TSA won’t suspect it’s a weapon! I am pretty sure it’s mango wood which I love, but I have been touting it around in my car and leaving it in the desert heat and it’s already seeming a bit dried out. I bought some conditioner for wood cutting boards, so I’ll put some on the stick too. I’m retiring very soon so it’ll get a lot of use. So very, very glad I bought this!

I love this product, but not quite long enough for my body. The length extends beyond the girth of my body but not enough for my arms to wrap around. I'm 6’4” and 200 lbs, and it was too small. Maybe it is designed for a very lean, classic yoga body

It has really been useful with cracking my back had it for three days so far along with using a yoga mat for quick 5-7 minute stretch. Started about 5 days ago stretchers 3 times without prior making time to stretch and let’s just say truly a tremendous difference I almost don’t even want to go to bed without it is so relieving and makes me feel so much more relaxed and less cramped. I would highly recommend this

I mean.... It's a stick.... It does exactly what it says because... It's a stick. Not easy to mess this up cause, say it with me.... It's a stick. It feels heavy duty. I am a big guy and I do not feel it flexing. It is long enough for me to stretch out my rotator and delt. Just think of what stretches you are wanting to do to make sure the size is right. It is dual purpose because you can use it to stretch and also beat intruders because..... It's a stick.

It's basically a glorified dowel. Nothing wrong with it, it's fine. Can be unscrewed into two pieces, which is nice. But at the end of the day, it's a stick.

Almost too nice to be equipment for "twisting my ole body into a new shape".Really nice !!NO PLASTIC !!!!
