Roasted & Salted Antep Turkish Pistachios (1 Pound)

These were so good. They didn't last long in my house. lol. I will be buying more of these. I will be buying 2 bags next time. They are perfect but I love salt. I add extra salt to the bag and shake it up real good. Can'tgo wrong with these nuts.

If you are like me and love your roasted pistachios to taste, ROASTED, then I would say definitely stay away from these nuts. The consistency was more of a bland softness where disappointingly there was no crunch or hardness at all to this nut. The flavor was meh. Not enough salted roastiness. It felt like biting into a nut that was steamed not roasted. I served them to my dinner guests and several of them made the same face I made after tasting them. This is not what a good roasted and salted pistachio should be.

the packing is very professional. the pistachio is high quality. and the price is very decent.

I was surprised by some of the reviewers saying they were not fresh. I had the exact opposite experience. As soon as I opened the bag I was hit by the aroma of freshly roasted nuts and I was not disappointed by the taste either. However, for those of you who may not know, it is easy to freshen up stale nuts in a toaster oven. Just don't over do it to the point of browning the shells. I found these nuts to have the average number of unopened nuts (about 20 per pound). My only complaint is that I found them not salty enough. I'm a big salt fan and that is why I deducted a star.I think it would be good if packager would rate the saltiness of their nut. Some people prefer no salt or a little or a lot. I remember the Iranian nuts (the biggest and best in the world) were typically very salty, yet I once worked with an Iranian whose family would send him nuts. The ones he shared with me had no salt at all!I liked that these nuts were delivered very quickly. I'll try them again some time so see if they may come with more salt.

VERY FRESH Had bought stale pistachios from other vendors on Amazon Still kinda Expensive

I’ve been obsessed with Turkish pistachios for over 20 years now and are the only pistachios I will eat. I have tried a lot of different brands & I must say that these are the worst ones I have ever eaten. They weren’t horrible, just very ok. Bland in taste & not salted enough. I was trying to find something a little less expensive than what I’ve been paying as they can get costly.

good nuts, but if you like salt on them, these are not for you very little salt
