I have purchased two of these headsets in the past eight months, and both became defective with severe static noise, making them unusable in my yoga studio. No professional business can run a class with this kind of interference. On top of that, the headphone jack is now completely stuck in the receiver on both devices. If this happened to just one unit, I could understand, but the exact same issue occurring with both makes it clear this is a recurring design flaw—if not intentional. This forces customers to replace not only the headset but also the receiver, which is unacceptable. For the price charged, the durability and reliability of these products are extremely poor. It feels as though the products are deliberately designed to fail after only a few months. I strongly advise staying away from this product

It's expensive & I can't compare to something less expensive because I just went for it.
