Great for cooking with Cast Iron, have held up excellently, no slivers or splinters. Work great with Dutch ovens, and pans. Use in my overlanding kitchen set. Love the look and feel of them. Bought these as current beech utensils are beginning to crack, discolour and deteriorate. These spatulas are beautiful things, with wood grain highlighted and great ‘feel’ when handling. Not the cheapest but so glad we bought these.
