It's not a marketing gimmick. This is probably the best peanut brittle I've ever tried. It does not get stuck in your teeth and just tastes so fresh and good. Perfect texture and whole peanuts. The cashew brittle was just as good. I've tried Sees brittle and many other brands (sometimes I get in the brittle mood), this is definitely the best.

I was on a mission to find a good peanut brittle after missing it during the holiday season. My husband and I bought every brittle we could find in stores - nothing had that good,, strong, fresh peanut flavor (we didn’t even bother finishing them - just took them to the office for others to help us work through).I finally resorted to Amazon and scoured the options, finally trusting my fellow reviewers to steer me in the right direction, and boy did y’all do me right!This is amazing peanut brittle! Yes, it is perhaps thick compared to what you might be used to, but it’s kind of an aerated thickness, so, in my opinion, it’s not a tooth-breaker as brittles go. It has red-skinned peanuts - to me, skins on leads to the great, peanutty flavor. Pieces are broken quite small, but in this case, it’s a good thing, because you’re going to want more than one piece and it will help you pace yourself. It’s a sizable bag and wholly worth the price you pay for this better-than-nostalgic treat!

Great peanut brittle like Mom used to make.

Christmas time makes me think of my dad (who passed away many years ago). Mostly because he loved Christmas time, the kids coming home, the food, etc. He LOVED peanut brittle. He had a horrible habit of eating it as he picked up the phone to answer calls, which was painfully irritating to everyone that called, and he was a talker. A 1 hour phone call with him was short!Anyway, I saw a bowl of peanut brittle on a TV show and made me think of him, so I figured I'd order some and crunch away in memory of him.The flavor of this is perfect. It's broken up into mostly bite sized pieces. It's not overly dense and can be chewed pretty easily without breaking teeth. Even though it's priced pretty high for what it is, I'll likely buy it again once in a while.

I bought this for my father who is suffering from cancer and struggles to keep food down. He absolutely loves this snack and both mum and dad say it’s totally addictive. As they love it so much I’ve set up a subscription.

This peanut brittle is full of nuts, always arrive fresh and tastes soooo good. It is packaged in such a way as to keep it fresh after opening and is the best peanut brittle I have ever had!

This product was only so so, no salt or buttery flavor. Not the flavor I prefer. Too expensive for sugar and peanuts.
