Brilliant down to earth common Sense description of extremely difficult concepts. Quantum uncertainty and evolution demonstrations were particularly wonderful!

This video is amazing in capacity to make complex concepts understandable. If you are interested in science or want your children to be, this is a great product.

Cleverly designed scheme to teach you interesting facts about the cosmos. Certainly worth watching. It would be great if he would do the same thing for the more esoteric theories of the cosmos.

Fascinating - makes us think about the questions of like, the universe and everything.

... And so educational, too. Great for almost all ages. So well done.

I saw "Where Are We?" on PBS and just had to buy the DVD. This section appealed to me because I didn't hear the word evolution. Sad to say the rest of the sections do touch on evolution or try to explain it. Still very interesting.

Every high school in this country should make this part of the curriculum. Teams of 3 young people use simple tools and their own ingenuity to measure the Earth, determine our evolution, estimate the likelihood of extraterrestrial life, locate the site where the Big Bang occurred, etc. It's a personal rediscovery and application of the scientific method, entertainingly presented.

Enjoyed the way this DVD is put together. Enjoyed all of the experiments snd having people solve them

I have been searching for this DVD for awhile. Finally found it on Amazon at a great Canadian price.

I liked the serie from start to end. So much we don't understand yet....
