1/2" PEX Bend Supports (10/bag)

This item indeed performs as it is intended to do so but there is one thing that could/should be changed. This is an issue with the design of the item and certainly not the quality. I have modified all of my bend supports by clipping out a 2mm notch about 3mm from each end. This notch allows for me to use a zip-tie or cable-tie to hold the PEX tubing in place and not slip out which they are prone to do. Had this notch been made part of the mold during manufacture, it would be a 5 star item. If you do not notch it yourself, you can still use a zip tie but the results are not as secure. IF you do not use any kind of tie or tape to secure the PEX in place, there is a 60 percent chance that the tubing will slide out at some point.

A bit light but with a little pre bend of the pex holds it just fine!

These bend supports worked great and if was not the right amount of 90 degree leg just pop it off and reposition. Note if it is 40 degrees or lower you may need to warm pipe if using 3/4.

Interesting invention. Fairly costly if you use a bunch!

Did not hold the pex tubing in place very well. Kept popping out.
