Scrumptious from the Girl Who Ate Everything

I have close to a couple hundred cookbooks and i love a gourmet recipe but this cookbook really fit with what i was looking for. My kids are all most grown and I'm looking for simpler recipes that don't take as much time and can be easily eaten as leftovers. I like that there are some low carb options and also recipes that rely on ingredients that are probably in your house or easily accessible . i have her previous cookbook and have recipes out of it that are repeats and very reliable but i think this one is even better.i cannot wait to try the garlic parmesan wings, carne asada and all the skillet meals.

Oh where, oh where, oh where to even begin? This one is a solid 5 stars! I am a long-time fan of The Girl Who Ate Everything and have followed the blog for years. I have also already made many of her recipes and have her other cookbooks too. Biased? A little, but this is a really good, extremely easy to follow, beautifully photographed book. Is it gourmet? Not at all. Is it quick, delicious meals that your entire family will love and ask for again and again? ABSOLUTELY!! I can definitely recommend the One-Pan Creamy Spinach-Artichoke Pasta and Basil Parmesan Salmon. I have been already been making her Eggroll-in-a-Bowl, Honey-Garlic Pork Roast and Spinach Artichoke Dip for awhile and they are in regular rotation at my house. Buy this book!!! Looks like there are a lot family friendly recipes without a lot of obscure ingredients, most of the ingredients I have perused over are very attainable which is important, especially for people who live in smaller towns. The author gives clear directions and lots of pictures. The one pan dinner and sheet pan dinners are worth the price of the book. Still disappointed, they were sold out of paperback and for a TINY digital file it's $5 more. I don't know if it's the authors fault or publisher either way it doesn't seem fair. 21.99 for Kindle, 16.79 for paperback book at the time of this posting.

An Instagram account I follow recently shared this cookbook and a few of the recipes in it. I ordered this book soon after and I’ve made couple of dishes and both were delicious. So far I’ve made the chicken and dumplings soup and egg roll bowls. They are recipes I will make again. I also made her Oreo truffles from her website and my family loved them!The recipes are easy to follow and clean up or swap ingredients to allow for diet restrictions.

Received this cookbook today and it has SO MANY quick and easy recipes.You won't be disappointed!

I have several recipe books and this may be my favorite one yet. The recipes are simple and easy to understand. The pictures look beautiful and every recipe looks delicious. I usually can find a handful of recipes I want to try in a cookbook but in this one I want to try every single one. Well done Christy!

The pictures for every recipe are stunning- I want to make each and every one! High quality print paper and the paperback is no issue for me at all- it's just become one of my favorite cookbooks. I will be using this variety of recipes as none of the offerings are intimidating or too involved. I have plenty of those types! This will be my new go to cookbook for a long time. Again- the pictures are worth every penny.

This is one of the most awesome cookbooks!! Amazing recipes, visually appealing, things you would have in the cupboard! Highly recommend!
