This is a review for Nature's Garden Vintage Bird Tabletop Garden Fountain by Nature's Garden. A few of these fountains were at our local garden store but they weren't available in the size and color I wanted. The store said they could not order them, but after a quick check on Amazon, I found the exact same fountains, in the size and colors I wanted, at a lower price than at our local store. I bought this and a larger fountain and love them both. This fountain comes with small glass stones and pebbles that can be used to adjust the flow of the water. It's a beautiful and inexpensive piece that adds to your decor even when it's not running. I have this one sitting next to a statue of Kwan Yin and it instantly sets a tone of serenity. Note: - My fountains run nearly 24/7 but I noticed that some reviewers have mentioned the pump malfunctioning. If it were me, and because I hate having to return things, I'd just pick up a small pump at the local aquarium shop. - The pump has a vibration that I can hear so I placed this fountain on a beanbag-type coaster to minimize the pump sound. I don't hear the pump in my large fountain. I'm guessing that the vibration volume will depend on your countertop/table material. - These fountains will splash a tiny droplets throughout a day of operation so you may want to protect your tabletop. If this review was helpful to you in any way, I would appreciate it if you'd please check "yes" below. Thanks!

The fountain is exactly what I wanted. I bought it to hydrate my plants. It is small enough to place between my potted plants. It is perfect for where I wanted to place it. It is ceramic and matches my planters. It has a very soft trickling effect which is soothing. It does not splash on the low pump setting. I am very pleased with it.

This was the perfect size for my end table so I could hear the soothing and calming sound of the water flowing down the fountain. I wish it had an on/ off switch but it’s not a problem. It also adds a water element to your entry.

In the description it did NOT say using the product with distilled water was preferred, so that was a bit of a bother; as well as an extra expense. Connecting the pump to the inner tube is awkward at best. It's a very, very small space; I have small hands, & still had some difficulty. Also, the two tubes come apart easily, so again I had to reach inside this small space to reconnect them, which made a bit of a mess when it had water inside. It's very pretty, quite small, so fits nicely on a table top. The pump speed is adjustable, but you have to reach into that small space to get to it, and again, it makes a bit of a mess when filled with water--which is the only way to see what speed you prefer. You also must watch to be sure it does not run out of water, or the pump may be damaged/ruined. I had the pump speed on low. It was a nice, quiet, soothing sound, did not splash onto the table, although I had to be close to it in order to hear it. I could not hear it from across the room. Perhaps turning up the speed I'll be able to hear it from more distance. I'm a bird owner and lover, so I splurged on this pretty fountain specifically because of the bird decoration.

Beautiful pump! Poor quality. Definitely defective. It leaks at the bottom really bad.
