Q: How does the magnets on shower curtain hold up to washing?

Please do not wash the shower curtain magnets in a washing machine or dryer, Magnets are sensitive to heat and can demagnetize with excessive heat. If you need to wash the curtain in a washing machine please remove the shower curtain magnets attached to the curtain before washing and drying in a machine. The shower curtains magnets themselves can be cleaned by hand washing with warm water and soap.

Q: How do you attach the magnets to the shower curtain?

That half is attached with a pin through the curtain and then a snap on the other side. Much like a men’s tie pin hold together. Very durable! And easily removed to wash the curtain.

Q: How strong are the magnets? If i pin this through the plastc shower liner, will it just tear instead of pulling the magnets apart?

They are strong, but small. I still try to disconnect at the magnet rather than pulling the curtain to keep that from happening.

I returned them - They did not hold the shower curtain and kept falling off.
