Great paints!
I purchased these paints to update some garden ornaments, I painted them in the Summer and 6 months later the paints have lasted and the ornaments look great! Living in the UK, I didn't really take the waterproof very seriously, but so far these paints have stayed and look great. They are bright and smooth and easy to apply. They are also great for painting on canvases. I would highly recommend these paints for anyone looking for a good acrylic paint!

Love the colours & the brushes that came with them.
The paints are really good, you can rinse the brushes out in a jar of water. The paint spreads well, mixes well with other colours. I'm well impressed with them. I'm pleased with the price & the quality.

Good quality and range of colours
Nice consistency, not too runny. Mix and blend well and easy to achieve smooth or textured finish. Great range of colours in this set for a realistic price.

Not for Miniature Painting
If like me, your looking for a cheaper alternative for miniature painting... this product is not for you.Out of the bottle the paint has a thick, glossy oily texture to it. I tried a few ways of painting a classic space marine shoulder pad to see how the paint would react on a zenethil primed mini and the results were interesting. The paint itself seemed to pull away from the dark portions of the model. What you could see, only showed the colour on the whiter parts with definite thick paint streaks when dried. Anyone in the mini painting hobby knows to thin your paints so I gave that a go. With enough water added, you can get a glaze like tint but again, the paint pulls away from the dark portions and sits on the light portions with a slightly better smoothness to it. While it is possible to use it as a glaze on a primed model that has base paint put on it first, it is easier to thin a known brand paint for the same effect.This paint would be great for anyone painting on white canvas and other materials stated in the description, but one of those things isn't miniature painting sadly. Great colour range, great value for art projects/terrain painting but the use case is situational at leased for my needs.

Vibrant colours
I got these to try out acrylic paints and haven't been disappointed. The colours are vibrant and mix well. The bottles come sealed so you have to take the cap off each one. I created a Swatch card as I opened each bottle. The bottles are not big but there's plenty of paint in them. The paint is vividly coloured. You only need the tiniest amount of colour when mixing. I used the white colour the most to tone down the paint colours.The brushes that come with the set are small. Ok for what they are, but not artist quality.This is a good set to start your acrylic painting journey
