**Updated review**- the belt is beginning to tear, so I'm reducing the rating. Its just been a mth since I bought it n it tore right as the return window closed!! What a waste of money!! So I got this product delivered abt 4 days ago and I've been using it since. I usually wear it when I go for a walk and I must say that I'm pretty pleased with the product. The fit is perfect. Material is sturdy n good. Initially I felt it was hard like cardboard, probably since it was kept folded by the seller, when by the third day it felt a bit more comfortable to wrap around since the stiffness had reduced by then. I usually never sweat on my tummy, but for the past 4 days, I feel so happy when I return from my walk n remove the belt.. I see sweat on the belt and on my stomach, around my waist n back which feels amazing!! I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking to sweat it out. I've taken a measurement of my tummy n waist line. Will probably post an updated review after a mth 😊

The velcro doesn't stick. Very low quality product. Had to throw it away as it went out of the return window as I was traveling out of town. Very disappointed
