Good product...except that the wheels were not fitting & I had to pay the carpenter for doing it

Low quality of wheels
After use of 15 days only the wheels started yelling and even one of those came out seeking help. Now I left with one of replacement. Earlier I surprised to see such a good finish quality product but the wheels are not.

Poor quality trolley
The product is poor quality and cannot be displayed in my house. Please pick up and return for a refund .The pick up person for return said “ I will come tomorrow and pick it up as I don’t have a vehicle.” No one showed up today whole day as he confirmed he will come. Sad state of customer service. No way to contact them and they don’t call back. Terrible service.
