Beautiful little book.
This book edition is lovely - the texts are laid out in 3 different languages and the cover and binding are gorgeous, bright red and gold, and the vibrancy and images match the text. It's an absolute pleasure to hold and read and I love it.

Adored this book!
I liked the smallness of the book (can take it anywhere) The cover is beautiful! Well made. Nice paper. Handles use well (turning of pages.) Will definitely buy another in the collection.

Beautiful words for the Soul
Very beautiful to read and reread, very soothing and beautiful words for the Soul. I think this would make a wonderful gift for those that practice yoga, meditation, and for those that would benefit from beautiful words after difficult times in their life.

Small but Mighty
I was quite surprised at how small this book actually is - it was made to look like a hefty tome in the advertising. And here it arrived looking so small as to almost be insignificant. But insignificant it is not. The binding of red silk stamped with gold is very rich looking. The inner lining of the book cover is an appropriate, neutral floral print, very pretty. The print is a bit small, given the size of the book itself and the generous margins, but it is easily readable. I especially like that each verse is written in three languages, the third being English. I would really like to learn more about the two not-English translations, but I enjoy seeing them presented in this order. It does not impede the readability of the text at all, and I think it even enhances the experience of absorbing The Gita.I want to give this 5 stars, but there were two disappointments that were both cosmetic, nothing to do with content. First, and I'm sorry not to have taken a picture before removing it, but some idiot had pasted an ISBN sticker on the outside of the back cover ... remember that this is SILK ... and I was so afraid it was going to leave glue residue. Not only was it a stupid thing to do, but unnecessary, because the same information was printed on the inside of the back cover. So - first problem, stupid but correctable. Second ding is an actual hole that was somehow dug into the lining of the front cover. Well, it's there; it's an unnecessary flaw. But a lovely thing is no less lovely with a flaw -- we all have flaws. I would not trade this now for an unflawed book. All in all, this book has 5 stars in my heart, but I have to deduct one from my rating for the damage and disrespect shown a revered book that was produced in a manner suitable to call it a collectible.

Perfect
This Gita has everything I was looking for. Hindi slokas, with English transliteration and a good balance into translation. No extra commentary. Perfect.

Nice Travel Companion
This is a compact, nicely printed and bound, attractive, book. It's English translation of the Bhagavad Gita seems to parallel many of the others available (it doesn't seem to be biased towards any particular theological branch of Hinduism). There is no accompanying commentary which those unfamiliar with the Gita might find beneficial. Recommended, even if you own other translations.
