Butterflies & Moths, The World Encyclopedia of Hardcover – 28 June 2019

Well it's not really a reference guide, but what is. Lacking something as common as a black admiral, so not really a great deal of depth for some regions of the world.There does not seem to be a great reference guide available anywhere, however.Oops, my bad. It is the WHITE admiral, though generally seems to be almost black in the main, unlike the muddy brown shown in the book.

I gave this encyclopedia to a friend who is very knowledgeable about the subject. She told me that it is best book on butterflies and moths that she has come across. She has learned more about butterflies in Asia than ever before. I am so glad that I bought this book.

I found info on butterflies I remember seeing as a boy 60 years ago. I remember collecting I Spy cards , good memories

Very good book, butterflies are my favourite animal and I wanted to learn more about them and find out more about my favourites. This book has definitely helped, I also love to do art so this book has inspired me to do some pieces on butterflies

The detail is very good as are the images
