Excelent
When looking at these boots , I was unsure how they would be compared to Bates. But I can say this these boots are very comfortable, light weight & easy to put on. They do not hurt your feet at all from the first time putting them on to when you take them off. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a comfortable boot. Is matter of fact I just ordered 2 more pair of these boots, that is how well comfortable they are. 5 Star rating & will buy again !!

Great price but tweaks are needed.
Comfortable, breathable, and very slip resistant due to the soft rubber sole. Does not squeak on most surfaces. Quality of leather seems a little thin and overly flexible for a work/job boot. Strongly recommend either sizing down a bit, wearing thicker socks, or buying thicker insoles as the foot-portion is a bit roomy. The boot is snug around the ankle/shin, but still very breathable and elastic. The laces are also extremely long for the 8 eyelets on the boot itself. I tucked them into the front for a while but, they will rub. Recommend buying shorter laces if desired. All in all, these seem best suited for an outfit piece rather than a work/job boot. Looks great, but definitely form over function.

Comfortable
surprisingly comfortable! I know the saying "you get what you pay for." These boots are worth more than they charge.I've only had them for a few days, but I'm very pleased with them.

Comfortable but wears out semi-quick
I'm a female who typically wears an 11 in women's shoes. I bought a 10 back in early July. For the most part, they're non-slip. I've walked through fryer grease, icy water, across freshly mopped floors, through dewy grass, etc. Very functional, imo. I can wear them for 2 hours or for 16 woth no issue and they don't feel heavy on my feet. They keep my feet warm, even when I'm walking 3 miles to work in soaking wet grass. The laces and zippers provide the ankle support for me that most shoes don't. They are as comfortable as the day is long, but the only downside I have is that insoles do wear out fairly quickly.

Tough, Comfortable, and Built to Last!
These RIELD Men’s Military Tactical Work Boots really surprised me with how well they perform. The moment I put them on, they felt sturdy but comfortable no long break-in period needed. The side zipper is a great feature, making it super easy to take them on and off without re-lacing every time. I’ve worn them for work and they’ve handled everything mud, rain, heat without slipping or wearing down. The traction is excellent, and the support keeps my feet comfortable all day. Overall, these are fantastic tactical boots for the price strong, dependable, and comfortable enough for long days. Perfect for work, training, or any outdoor adventure. Highly recommended! 👢💪

Like most cheap boots, won't hold up. Updated.
I didn't expect much from a boot that cost what this does. To put this into perspective, I am almost 300 lb. I have been wearing these boots mostly everyday for the last month and a half almost two months. They possibly have 2 months worth of life left in them. Ever since the army went away from black leather boots that you had to polish, and everyone started utilizing tactical boots that looked more like sneakers, all boot quality across the board has gone downhill. However, these boots take a couple of extra shortcuts. The rubber quality and consistency of the sole is deplorable. There is no shank in these boots, no additional protection/support in the sole. Where the ball of my feet meet the ground, where the boot sole flexes, the sole is wearing the tread away. They aren't "waterproof" and I don't believe the description for this boot mentions anything of the sort, however, if I walk through dew covered grass in the morning, my toes get wet. The boots fit well. The side zipper appears to be holding up fine. The stitching is coming undone all around the boots. The laces look to be worthwhile, but you don't stress them much, since you zip them on and off. They will get you through in a pinch, but they won't last. UPDATE: Last week of October. Boots are done being boots. The tread is worn through and separating from the body. Couldn't make it the full 6 months. Again, not unexpected. Review still stands as valid.

I've owned 3 pairs of 5.11 Tactical boots that these boots seem to be mimicking and the fit and quality feels on par. The toe is NOT composite or metal, which I felt mislead on by the listing and was initially disappointed. The boots smelt strong of chemicals for a month or more which was a bit off putting. They are very light weight, flexible, very comfy out of the box and I've had no issues with the stitching, zippers or sole - that being said, the sole does feel on the thin side. For the price of a agile and leather boot that are comparable to boots double or so the price these are a great buy. I got tired of paying $200+ for 5.11 to have them start to fall apart after a year.
