Great for my needs

Good capsules taking for sore joints bit early to say whether they are helping, I will carry on taking them

My wife and I both suffer from arthritis issues affecting joints and causing discomfort and reduced mobility. We have been using a turmeric supplement for about a year with positive results. This turmeric and black pepper from Nuke Nutrition, is even better formulated, with higher strengths of bioavailable curcumin than we’ve been used to. Plus, it also contains the all-important black pepper, so we were both very keen to try it and so far, the results have been very positive. The capsules are easy to swallow, with a typical turmeric taste, though if you swallow them with water you don’t really taste them at all. Neither of us has experienced any unwanted or undesirable side effects, quite the contrary, they are proving to be effective at reducing inflammation. Each capsule contains 500mg and their recommended dosage is two per day (1000mg) so they will only last two weeks with two of us taking them but, at just £12 per month (two packs) for two of us, we think these are not bad value.
