Tortoise Pads padded shorts are undergarments and must be worn under shorts, pants, or other outer wear. The warranty does not cover damaged caused from use of the product without wearing outerwear.

Q: Can women wear them too?

The shorts are not specifically tailored for women but a lot of women are wearing them. They can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt if needed.

Q: What men's size do you suggest? Waist: 34.5 inches and Hips: 39 inches. 5'9 and 178 lbs. Should i get medium or large?

Q: Does a size that disappears altogether from stock inventory get restocked?

If the size disappears altogether that means that we are completely out of that size, but it is not a discontinued size. It will become available again once we have the missing size in stock. Out listing currently does not show the Youth X-Small or the Adult XX-Large. Both of these sizes should be back in stock in our warehouse this week (between Aug 26 and Aug 30). They will be available as Fulfilled by Tortoise Pads on Amazon once we have them, but will not be available as Prime until they have been sent to an Amazon Fulfillment Center, which will take an additional week.
